Basilisk v3 Pro 35K Performance (DPI) Settings Not Working

It was working, now it isn’t. The cycle button on the mouse does nothing at all now. Although not as important, the chroma settings are gone - I can set color cycle, but unlike when I first installed the SW (Synapse + Chroma) I can’t set color zones. They actually work in a static way but nothing is settable-changeable. This is frustrating (like the black widow v4 media keys don’t work, and that’s a common problem since v2 so I posted a negative review on Amazon where I bought all these things). Let’s at least get the mouse speed settings working again. Then fix the other problems. I’m a software engineer, and we never let things get this bad or we’d have our contracts (gov) cancelled. I’m not sure how to re-install the driver SW, that doesn’t seem to happen since it’s there and not an “app” so it isn’t un-installable. I think if I remove it in devices and immediately restart it might come back up, but that would be the Microsoft default. This is a new WIndows 11 system with all update

Razer Strider cleaning

I like to keep my desk clean and move everything to clean the dust at least once a week. But I do it more often when the weather is nice and I open the window to enjoy some fresh air as this brings in some extra dust. But I'm not sure how to clean my mouspad now that I've had it for a few years and I'm seeing some dirt accumulate on the bottom of my mouse. Pretty sure that I've got some dead skin cells in the surface texture. Should I rinse the surface with water and let it dry? Should I use a soft hand soap or just water? Or is there a better way to get my mouse pad back to mint condition?

Basilisk V3 Pro takes forever to wake up from sleep mode

Hi. Just like the title. My Basilisk V3 pro mouse takes like 10 seconds to wake up from sleep mode. If I move the mouse, it will light up but it will not move my cursor until 10-15 sec later. Here’re what I have tried and none of them worked. I updated both the mouse and the dongle to the latest version. I tried connect both the Basilisk V3 pro and the Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard to the same dongle. Please help.

Razer Viper Ultimate Dock Lighting issues.

I scouted the entire internet for this, but no one seems to be having the same issue, so I decided to make a thread. I've been having the Viper Ultimate for 3+ years and it's been great. But recently, I am experiencing some glitch with the lighting on the Dock. I have selected the Battery Level lighting effect for the dock, and it works very inconsistently. For instance, When it gets to/below 75% it should turn yellowish, which it does. When it is above 75% it is green, and that works fine. But for some reason when it gets to 50% and below, it does not turn orange, nor does it turn red below 25%. It will show the correct lighting color for the relevant % if I unplug the USB and plug it back in. This is essentially a minor issue, but is quite annoying, as I would like to know my approximate battery percentage at all times. I have tried fully uninstalling Synapse, installing Synapse 4 (it was terrible, so I reverted back to Synapse 3), updating the mouse's firmware with the latest one fr

Hello , so yesterday my little brother broke his Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Top Shell. What can i do to fix this? Can I buy a top shell from Razer directly? I managed to open and glue the part that he broke. But still if i can buy and replace the top shell the mouse is good as new.

Orochi 2015 version

Hello all, I have used the Orochi 2015 version for a long time but it fails me at the moment. I tried the v2 version but it is completely different. Can someone point me to a worthy replacement ? (does not have to be Razer) The size and shape combination was just perfect for me. I want to avoid having to buy another expensive mouse and be dissapointed, i have the orochi v2 and also the Ouroboros but not satisfied with both. thnx in advance

Pro Click Mini Bluetooth Unable to enter Pairing Mode

I am using a Pro Click Mini for almost 2 years but recently, it was unable to connect to any Bluetooth Devices that have already been paired. I tried to remove the mouse from all my devices and re-pair all of them, however, none of my devices (3 Windows PC and an Android phone) were able to detect the mouse. Connection via the dongle is fine, but I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. Any help?

Do Not Buy from Razer!

Bought Razer Naga V2 Pro in December, arrived on time for Xmas Day, stopped working on the 28th of December. Contacted Support for a refund, they asked me reasons etc. They were pleasant and convinced me that intermittent signal had occurred unfortunately in some of their units and that they would provide me with a new one. So far so good. The return was a nightmare, was done via FedEx had to print everything and rebook everything and find a Fedex drop off, easier said than done when you live in a small town. Anyhow there were issues with the Fedex label so I couldn't return it as 17 days had now passed, had to get another RMA, this time DHL, easier as one in town, managed to get the return but had to wait almost 2 week (from the return date) to receiving the new unit. Great finally arrived on the 28th of Feb. Used it to check it, mouse working great. I went on holiday for 5 days and when I got back, exactly same fault, intermittent signal. Contacted customer support and guess what, no

Basilisk X Hyperspeed 2.4 Hz dongle keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

I don’t know why this started happening, but my dongle just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting when I plug it in. I’ve tried to use other USB ports, but the same issue still happens. When I plug it in, a continuous disconnection sound happens within a 0.5 - 1 second frame. If there are any fixes or suggestions on what to do, I would greatly appreciate it!!

Viper V2 PRO wireless dongle not being detected by PC

Hello, I have a Razer V2 Pro Wireless gaming mouse and my PC is not detecting the dongle. I have tried all steps available online. I have tried using different ports, updated the mouse, but the dongle is not being detected at all. When I plug in the adapter to my PC it does not make the sound of a device being plugged in. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? Thank you!

Buying a new Razer Mouse

Hi there, recently having a lot of issues with my Razer Viper Ultimate that is getting old and has lived way too many hours on my heavy gaming sprees, I was looking at buying the exact same model given I’m pretty happy with it, but when I looked it up on the website, you can press on the buy button but there can’t do anything else like you would any products(I’ve tried for other products and it works fine). So my thoughts where that Imma have to buy another model and wanted to know if someone knew how similar the Razer Viper is in terms of size and overall if it’ll feel the same as a Razer Viper Ultimate.

Bring back the Razer Naga Trinity 7 ring plate + its the best thing you have made IMO

The 7 Ring button plate,(From Naga trinity) is the best thing I've ever experienced on any mice. The way your thumb can grip it without touching any buttons, but u still having easy access to 7 other buttons that's very easy to map in your head due to the clear difference in direction, compared to other layouts where buttons just feels mushed together, is just fantastic. Not just that, but the way I have access to two of them very fast by just pressing in my thumb to a direction adds 2 buttons that's even more natural then common right and left click for me. I’ve owned 4.5 of these mouse in total. The first two mice broke on me, then I frankesteined them together(hence the half), now I own a third and have a backup since it’s being replaced by newer mice. I bought a Naga pro, because I thought I would get used to it, and I can. But it feels like a massive downgrade honestly. And the punch in the face is that my naga trinity plate DOES fit on the naga pro, but it does recognice it as th
