I see there are no dongles currently available on the Razer store for the basilisk line, is there another method to purchase a replacement dongle? Are there any other Razer dongles that would work for the Basilisk line? Thank you
I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk Mobile and I really like the concept of a portable ergonomic gaming mouse. However, I noticed that there is no official carrying case or protective pouch available for this product. Since the mouse is marketed as a mobile device, I believe an official travel case would complete the ecosystem and provide better protection for users who carry it around with a laptop or portable setup. I hope Razer can consider releasing an official carrying case or travel accessory for Basilisk Mobile in the future.
For workflow, we would actually need at least four layers of hypershift. The most ergonomic solution, in my opinion, would be adding four vertically aligned buttons along the edge of the right mouse button, mirroring the two side buttons (Mouse 1 and Mouse 2) on the left. Each of those buttons could act as an independent Hypershift modifier.Ideally, they should work like the real Shift or Alt keys on a keyboard: while you hold one down, the mouse temporarily switches to that specific layer, and as soon as you release it, it instantly returns to the default layer. That would be much faster and more intuitive than switching layers.I know asking for four Hypershift layers might sound excessive, but here are just the shortcuts I use constantly every single day: Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V Ctrl+W Ctrl+Tab, Ctrl+Shift+Tab Alt+F4 F2 (rename), F5, F10 Undo / Redo Back / Forward Double-click / Triple-click Win+Tab Arrow keys Win+Arrow (window snapping) Enter, Space, Backspace, D
My second issue is regarding my Razer Basilisk mouse. The product/serial number is SNPM2543H33800277.The problem is that I am unable to connect the mouse to my computer via Bluetooth. I am not sure what is causing the problem, because other Bluetooth devices can connect to my computer successfully. However, this particular product does not appear to connect. When I try to connect the mouse, it only shows that the Bluetooth connection is unavailable and displays “Bluetooth Troubleshoot.”I am not sure whether there is a problem with the mouse, the Bluetooth connection, or the settings. I would really appreciate it if you could guide me through the troubleshooting steps and help me resolve this issue.I especially like your company's products, and I have had a very good impression of them. I sincerely hope you can help me solve these issues so that I can continue to enjoy using your products.Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to your reply.Best regards, and sorr
My scroll wheel worked without any issues and now stopped working without any reason whyI have tried to fix the problem in the following ways: I reinstalled drivers for the mouse, I reinstalled the firmware for the mouse, I tried the mouse on a different PC and multiple USB ports, Lastly I uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse.
I have a Razer Naga Pro Model RZ01-0342 but this guide might work for other Razer Naga models or other razer mice using the same scroll wheel encoder. Like every razer product I’ve owned a switch or sensor goes bad within a few months of warranty expiration. I have replaced D-Pad switches on my Tartarus’ (I have 3) over 40 times. Let me know if you have this issue because I found better switches for these. Anyways the scroll wheel on my Naga Pro started jumping around. I followed every tutorial, using compressed air etc. I took it apart and cleaned the optical sensor, still jumping. It seems this uses both an optical sensor and a physical encoder attached to the axis of the wheel. Looking down on the mouse this attached to the right side. This is likely what you need to replace. I was able to find one on Aliexpress for under $4 including shipping. This link might expire but here is what I used TTC Mouse Wheel Encoder For Razer Naga 2014 Hex V2 Mamba 5G Epic Chroma With Wire Mouse Wheel
So I bought a razer pro click awhile ago when I bought myself a brand-new Alienware laptop and I was using the 2.4g receiver on the laptop every thing worked just fine. But then I decided to send the laptop back because I didn’t like it so when I sent it back I accidently left the receiver in the laptop. And was using the Bluetooth feature of the mouse during that time not realize I left it in the laptop months later. So now I was stuck with either cable or Bluetooth obviously I'm going to choose Bluetooth, so one day I was switching between both pc’s I own via Bluetooth when I shut down the pc it was connected to it just wouldn't go into Bluetooth pairing mode and its been like this for months and I cant figure out to do I cant update the mouse because I don’t have the receiver as show in the video below. PLEASE HELP!!https://www.kapwing.com/videos/656dd33afc2ac36032f793a4
Hello, I am using the razer Basilisk v3 x hyperspeed and it recently started to not track user input anymore. Instead whenever I connect the mouse, the cursor is slowly moving down. So far I have tried:Restart of PC a different Usb Port a new battery a different Computer different Operating System (MacOS) Reset of the mouse Reinstalling synapseSince I am running out of options on how to fix it on my own I wanted to ask for some help.
Is there any info on if we’ll be seeing the V3/Pro this year?
Hello,I have an issue with my Razer Naga V2 Pro.When I rotate the mouse wheel in one direction, the scroll wheel resistance changes on its own, even though I have set it to a fixed value in the settings. If I selected a fixed resistance, why does the scroll wheel tension keep changing by itself? Please provide a solution and an explanation as soon as possible. If your response is simply going to be that this is a known issue and that I have to live with it, then I will return the mouse.I expect a proper fix or a clear explanation of why this is happening.Thank you.
Is it normal that, upon receiving my V4 Pro and opening it for the first time, I found the mouse slightly out of the mold where it is supposed to be perfectly seated? Also, when removing the protective film from the bottom of the mouse, I noticed a slight spiral-shaped scratch on one of the skates. It is worth noting that I didn't find any fingerprints or signs of use on the mouse itself, but receiving it in that condition really confused me. Should I request a return? I bought this mouse from Amazon USA, though the box was sealed with the proper plastic wrap on the sides.
i was looking at razer’s mice recently in anticipation of getting an updated razer trinity, as my old (wired) naga trinity is aging. i noticed that razer now only offers the razer naga trinity as a wireless mouse, the only wired versions of the naga being a naga with fixed 12 buttons and the left hand edition of the mouse. why is razer only offering the best edition of the naga (and i imagine many of their other models are doing the same thing now), the naga trinity, with only wireless connectivity and not wired? dear razer, wireless peripherals are a major security vulnerability. please continue to offer the trinity version of the razer naga with a wired version. not everyone wants to use insecure peripherals that do nothing but provide a majorly insecure attack vector for cyber attacks for literally no logical reason whatsoever; wireless peripherals are not only useless, they’re literally detrimental.
I am begging on my hands and knees, please bring back the ouroboros, its the best mouse i’ve ever used, it was sleek, ergonomic, customizable, it was the greatest gaming mouse i’ve ever had, what do i have to do to get a V.2?
I use a Raza Naga X (RZ01-0359) and error came up saying “CRP disabled” and the mouse was not detected at all by the laptop & the RGB lights were off. The problem occurred when I launched Razer Synapse. Is there a solution for this?
Can we please get a setting that can set the mouse wheel sensitivity. Please don’t tell me there is Windows settings in mouse settings. Its not what we need. I would like to have the wheel sensitivity set so that i have to DELIBERATLY scroll in game because it drives me insane that my mouse will scroll when bumped and swap weapons in a fire fight (CS2)… The feature request is like this… have it customizable that 3 scrolls within some small period of time = 1 scroll output. That way I can purposefully scroll and not have it randomly scroll when bumped.
Hi. Just like the title. My Basilisk V3 pro mouse takes like 10 seconds to wake up from sleep mode. If I move the mouse, it will light up but it will not move my cursor until 10-15 sec later. Here’re what I have tried and none of them worked.I updated both the mouse and the dongle to the latest version. I tried connect both the Basilisk V3 pro and the Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard to the same dongle. Please help.
Hello Razer Support Team,I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Razer V2 Pro White mouse that I purchased in December 2024 from Amazon. The scroll wheel is not working properly. While scrolling down, the mouse sometimes registers an unexpected scroll in the opposite direction and moves up. This happens frequently and affects my normal use, especially during gaming and everyday computer tasks.I purchased two Razer V2 Pro White mice, and unfortunately both devices have the same issue. This makes me believe that it may be related to the model or a possible manufacturing issue.I live in Tunisia, and returning the products to Amazon is very difficult for me. I would appreciate your assistance with a warranty solution or any troubleshooting steps you recommend. Please let me know if a repair, replacement, or another solution is available.Product information: ● Model: Razer V2 Pro White ● Purchase date: December 2024 ● Place of purchase: Amazon ● Country: Tunisi
Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35KIssue: Bluetooth stopped appearing on Windows and phone, despite working wired and via HyperSpeedSymptoms: Slow blue breathing light, profile button would not enter pairing modeWhat fixed it:Held:Left clickRight clickScroll wheel clickAll three side buttonsProfile buttonMouse entered Bluetooth pairing mode and became discoverable again. The usual left/right/middle click reset method reported for other Razer mice did not work; this combination did.(I speculate this mouse is just handsy-r lol) It's worth noting this happened after installing Synapse 4 and updating firmware and troubleshooting, Bluetooth became stuck and this method recovered it. Hope this helps, peace.
