Hi guys !A little question about Polling Frequency : I have the Basilik V3 Pro, I connected it to the Mouse Dock Pro because it said it could go up to 8K (instead of the USB dongle that goes up to 2.4K), but whenever I want to go higher than 1K, I got a message telling me that the battery autonomy might be reduced, and that the CPU might be busier. Is it really worth it to go above 1K ?I mostly play MMOs, so honestly I don’t see the difference, except that if I set my Polling Frequency too high my games actually run slower 😉Thanks !
Hey guys,So, this is driving me nuts. I’m using my Basilisk V3 Pro on the Firefly V2 Pro, and there’s this weird grinding/rattling noise coming from the Slider Switch area every time I move the mouse. It’s not a click, it’s more like plastic rubbing or a tiny loose part vibrating when I glide it from A to B. From Master GuideHere’s the setup:Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3 Pro (RZ01-04620) Pad: Razer Firefly V2 Pro (RZ02-0492)I used to run the Basilisk V3 26K on the exact same pad, and it was dead silent. Zero issues. So I’m pretty sure it’s not the pad itself, but something specific to the V3 Pro’s build or how these two interact.Already done the basics:Cleaned the pad and wiped the mouse down with a dry cloth. Checked the skates — they’re clean and smooth. Updated firmware for both the mouse and the pad in Synapse to the latest version. If it’s a hardware thing, I’d rather RMA it now. If there’s a fix (like tightening something, changing grip pressure, or even swapping the side panels), hit
Dear RAZER teamLook what you’ve got with the Basilisk V3 PRO 35K!Just tweak some of its features and you’ll have the perfect mouse for office / CAD / photo / design that’s ahead of all competitors:store the lighting effects in the mouse without the need to run Synapse (business environment) implement mouse config via browser to avoid the need of software installation (managed IT environment) improve the auto toggle scroll wheel to the level of Logitec’s MagWheel but keep the tilt (that’s great!) silence the buttons a bitI bought the Basilisk V4 PRO 35K for office use and it is great! Tweak its features and it would become gorgeus. :-)Best regards
I’m using an Apple Mac laptop to play my Favorite game that I’ve been playing for years but My favorite razer Mouse does not have the software support for Apple Mac so I’m kind of crippled or limited for what I can do and I really just need support for my mouse for my Apple Mac. gaming on Apple isn’t that bad. I just need support for my mouse on an Apple Mac so I can have all the features. My favorite mouse that i use is a RAZER Naga v2 HyperSpeed. I just really need this to happen.
As a left-handed gamer, I’ve always appreciated that Razer offered an ergonomic mouse designed for, specifically, the Deathadder Left-Handed Edition. I just wanted to throw in a suggestion (in case this is somehow seen by the Razer team), it would be amazing to see a left-handed version of the V3 or any future models. I was a big fan of the original and would love to see support for lefties return.
Hello,Serial number: 632110H15905544My DeathAdder V2 Pro will not enter Bluetooth pairing mode, so I cannot pair it to any new computer. What I observe:1. The documented pairing combo (both side buttons + DPI stage up, held 3 seconds) has no effect. I have tried it many times, including while toggling the bottom slider BT → OFF → BT with the buttons held down.2. Windows and Android never show the mouse in their pairing screens at all. macOS does list it under nearby devices, but connecting always fails. Since macOS lists any advertising BLE device regardless of discoverability while Windows and Android only list discoverable ones, this shows the mouse is advertising but never actually becomes discoverable — it never enters pairing mode.3. The mouse originally lost Bluetooth after I removed it from a Windows laptop in order to pair it to a Mac mini. It then refused every host, including the laptop it had just been removed from.4. It currently works over Bluetooth again, but only because

Hey, didn’t find a place specifically for product requests so asking here.I've been trying out a few different glass mousepads and the Atlas Pro has been the favourite in terms of mouse feel - however the size is a problem.I'm currently using a Gogofree glass pad instead just because it comes in a smaller footprint that actually fits my desk and preferred DPI setting, since the Atlas Pro is only available in 500x400.Would love an Atlas Pro option in something like 300x250mm or 300x300mm, maybe even 350x350mm if need be. Would become my pad of choice instantly.Anyone else running into this, or know if this has been raised before?
My Razer Naga v2 Pro stopped charging after recent updates, when connected with USB cable it showed as charging in Synapse but it wasn’t. Until it completely drained the battery and now the mouse is completely dead, no RGB, no power light underneath, not being detected by windows or Synapse.I tried: reinstalling synapse, reinstalling drivers, using Synapse 4 beta, tested mouse in another PC, multiple different ports, restarted pc multiple times, no luck…Mouse seems completely dead and gives no signs of charging whatsoever.Mouse has around 4 months in use from the day I purchased it.Is this software related? Mouse was working perfectly normal a few days ago.
Hi everyone and Razer team, I am an extremely satisfied user of the Razer Basilisk V3 35K. The ergonomics, features, and performance of this mouse are absolutely incredible, and it is easily one of the best mice I have ever owned. However, I have a question regarding the future of this lineup. As much as I love the mouse, the clicking is quite loud for nighttime use or quiet environments. Since I prefer a stealthy setup and always turn off RGB completely, a quiet operation would be the ultimate feature for me. My question is: Are there any plans to manufacture a version of the Basilisk (or separate compatible optical switches) with quiet/silent clicking technology in the future? I know that the community loves the Basilisk shape for both work and late-night gaming, and many of us would absolutely thrill to have a "Silent Edition". Thank you for your time and for making such great products!

Hello :) Ive used my Viper Ultimate for a long time now, but since a couple of weeks it keeps frequently discontecting…Ive tryed the Pairing Utility, but it doesnt work, keeps flickering on and off. Is it somehow possible to get a replacement Dongle for the Viper Ultimate (removed serial number)? Thanks in advance!
As per the title, for some reason when i use the middle button on my mouse and click it in, my PC is no longer registering the input properly, and this started happening a few months ago but have just been living with it. I have tried removing the device from my PC completely, as far as uninstallation and such, as well as reinstalling the software and drivers, and just have no idea what is going on. I did also try with and without Synapse just to see if it made a difference. The programmable side button had stopped working for a little bit as well, but just recently i noticed i was able to use it again so im not sure if that means my mouse is having a defective issue or what. Has anyone ever experiences this and found a fix? it is less than a year old so i should just use the warranty on it, but would like to make sure it is for sure not just something on my end. I also am running Windows 10, have tried in every game i have and used the mouse on my PS5 with MW2 and had the same issues.
My Razer DeatherAdder scroll wheel does not consistently work when scrolling up or down. When scrolling it bounces around and may go down when scrolling up and vice versa. It has been doing this for awhile and I have been dealing with it, but thought I would reach out to see if there was a fix. I performed all the tests, firmware, testing on another computer, using compressed air, etc… My device should still be under warranty and I do have a video available showcasing the issue (which I am sure Razer is aware of already..) Thanks!
Is there any info on if we’ll be seeing the V3/Pro this year?
I’ve recently had my Razer Naga Pro (V1) cable fail on me despite taking excellent care not to put stress on it. It no longer allows my mouse to be detected by my PC using any USB port, including all of the ones on the back of my motherboard. The mouse still works fine wirelessly through both Bluetooth and 2.4GHz with the included wireless dongle. I recently purchased a 3rd party version of the original cable and that has worked to get my mouse detected by my PC again.I would just like to know if anyone else has ever had their Razer Naga Pro original cable fail on them despite not doing anything that would damage the cable. I just don’t understand how the cable could fail if it has never had any stress put onto it. It seemingly died for no apparent reason. I also find it strange that it literally just died overnight all of a sudden. I would have expected a cable failure to start with intermittent disconnects over time first rather than just completely fail in one day after years of pro
Anyone else still have this beauty?I do, and it still works perfectly just like it did back in 2016!
As the title suggests I want to replace my mouse’s side panel as its reliability has declined, is this a service you can provide?
