Hello.
My Razer Naga Trinity stopped working after a power interruption on my laptop.
The mouse is not detected at all in normal mode:

no USB connection sound
-
no device appears in USB Device Tree Viewer
-
no lighting
However, it consistently enters bootloader mode when holding left button + right button + scroll wheel during connection.
USB Device Tree Viewer shows:

Product: Razer Bootloader
bcdDevice: 0x0067
The mouse uses STM32L151RCT6 MCU.
Razer Synapse does not detect the device.
Firmware Updater does not detect the device either.
Is there any recovery firmware, service firmware updater, or recovery procedure available for Razer Naga Trinity (RZ01-0241) stuck in bootloader mode?
