I am experiencing an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro.
The mouse works completely fine when connected via the USB cable, but whenever I switch it to the 2.4GHz wireless mode, it does not respond, does not turn on, and shows no signs of power (no sensor light or LEDs).
Details & troubleshooting done so far:

Fully charged the mouse via cable before testing.

Tested on different USB ports directly on the PC (no USB hubs).

Synapse detects it normally in wired mode, but loses connection immediately once unplugged and set to 2.4GHz.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a pairing utility fix or firmware update step I should try, or is this likely a battery/hardware failure requiring RMA?
