Good day. I have been using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse for about 1 month, and during operation I noticed that the backlight corner, next to the button where the additional Hyperspeed button is located, sometimes strangely blinks a barely noticeable red color.Does anyone know what is going on? Is the problem hardware or software?I tried reinstalling Synapse 4 and Chroma, but the problem persists.The mouse itself works fine, so the problem is not critical, but I would still like to know what is going on. Sharp unexpected blinks, especially in the dark, are sometimes strange. A video with an example of blinking is attachedApproximately 20 to 23 seconds and 32 to 38.

For 3 days now, i couldn’t connect my headset to my pc via wireless dongle. The headset itself works fine (i can still connect it to my phone via bluetooth for example) but i can’t select it on my pc.I use the USB-A to USB-C adapter that comes with it since i dont have a USB-C port on my computer.I also confirmed that the adapter itself is functional (i can use the adapter to charge my phone/connect it to the pc)I can’t run any driver updates or the pairing utility either because the dongle is not being detected by my pc at all. Anyone have any shouts for this issue?

I have had a razor keyboard for a little over a year purchasing the specific model I got for the key feature of which was that it has the onboard memory, I have tried this out and the memory only seems to work with computers that have the razer software installed and not on other devices, which feels like the feature it trying to imply. I have really been happy with the product as a keyboard for my laptop but was hoping to also use it with some of my other devices which do not support synapse.

I just got this new Basaltic V3 mouse today and got the colors the way I want them but I have to keep the software on to keep the colors from changing back to default. I never had this issue with another mouse I have owned. I am already thinking of returning the mouse after this experience using it for 30 minutes, and that software they have you install is acting like a virus adding all sorts of reg changes and startup and even path changes to my OS. Even after I uninstalled Synapsis V3 to install V4 I started going through the Reg before installing 4 and didn't clean itself up properly. I want nothing to do with this software except for setting the color to static and it being blue. Any suggestions welcome I will be returning this back to Amazon and getting another Logitech or ASUS mouse if I can't fix it. 

I've been playing Destiny 2 with this controller and love it. I'm running into an issue now, though, that while the controller works, I can't edit the Steam Input to change anything. I tried changing the response curve, and it's not affected by Steam settings. I tried another controller and confirmed that it works for that one. Any idea what might be causing this? 

This his been a very long ongoing issue that occasionally gets resolved with some Synapse updates but almost always comes back.Very erratically it seems that Synapse changes my keybinds on my Naga Chroma back to default, it’s only 3 changes but I use them often so it’s very disrupting. I change mouse wheen right to just scroll click, and mouse 4 and 5 to their respective buttons instead of DPI increase or decrease.Since upgrading to Synapse 4 this problem has been significantly worse to the point I’m going to give up on this mouse if it can’t be resolved, even after having used it for over a decade now.I love the Naga, it’s perfect for me, but ultimately there’s constant issues that I can no longer overlook and it’s becoming a joke that Razer continues to shoot themselves in the foot every time there’s an update to their god awful software that I’m forced to use.My Naga model no. is RZ01-0161 if that helps at all. Hi, I’ve been trying to use the bluetooth/wireless feature of my Nari Ultimate and it isn’t letting me. I can’t tell if it’s a connectivity issue or something else; my PC seems to recognize the headset just fine, as it shows up in the list of bluetooth devices.  But when I use the actual pairing utility the pairing always fails.  Windows tells me the device is ready to use.The dongle recovery tool claims that the dongle is successfully recovered.It lists my headphone and dongle as both version 106.I saw someone else claim that they let their headphones drop to 0 charge and that’s true of mine.

This was buggy on Synapse 3 and broke in beta. So, grateful to see Synapse 4 was taken out of beta with all the bugs included too.. And even more bugs, as things that were half working now completely don’t anymore.. Awesome progress 😂 Problem: Actuation key travel adjustments do not save, and stay at the default 2.5mm, even when setting all keys using the sync all keys to say the max 3.6mm... it will still stay at 2.5mm!!! This is the most annoying bug, as it has literally removed a major functionality from the device. So, I’d be very grateful if it could be fixed. Then maybe I can at least half use it for something other then using it to catch dust 🤷 And before you say reinstall it, etc.. Already tried  all the 101 of installation fixing..

Hi, I believe that this might have been requested a few times… but probably not to the extent of a full explanation of how to implement the feature.I believe that for the sake of ease of use and customer satisfaction that when the [FN] or Hypershift key is held it will change to a defined chroma profile.The way in which this could be implemented is once the profile has been created the user can simply go into the profiles tab and select a Standard profile and Hypershift Profile for each game they wish tto use it for. The Hypershift profile will already be linked to the game by default as it already is, but the user would be able to select the “Chroma Studio” option in the list and then under the “Linked Games” section would be the option of choosing the “Hypershift Lighting Profile” as a dropdown list from the existing profiles. The default would be the same as the “Chroma Effect” selected. Once the user chooses a different option from the dropdown list it will force the “Hypershift Ch

Hello, I recently bought a DeathAdder V4 Pro and noticed an issue with the wireless connection quality indicator on the dongle. The connection quality randomly switches from Excellent green to Good yellow, even when the mouse is not moving. It can stay yellow for a few seconds like 20-30 then return to green. The dongle is very close to the mouse, so distance should not be the problem. The mouse firmware is up to date. I also reset the mouse drivers through Device Manager, but the behavior did not change. I purchased the mouse 39 days ago and this issue appeared today, or I may not have noticed it earlier. I saw that another user reported the same behavior and received a reply from Razer staff, so I am wondering if this is expected behavior or a known issue. Is this expected behavior or a known issue with the DeathAdder V4 Pro hyperspeed gen 2 dongle?

Good Day, I hope all is well. I am thinking about buying a new 2025 Razer Blade 14, but seeing it’s already 2026, do y’all think I should just wait until the 2026 models are released? 

The title basicaly explains itself, i got the blackshark v2 for almost 4 month and 2 weeks ago the right side just stopped working, i tried it without the dongle, with just the usb, in a cellphone, updated the version of my windows and in the razer synapse app but nothing seems to work.Does anyone have a clue about what this is?

My Blackwidow v4 low profile hyperspeed when I use it in my wireless mode, it is not charging.Following is the situation, my keyboard shows me that it is low in battery. I plug in my cable that linked to the PC to the keyboard and used for a while, it will show that the battery is 100% full. However, when I take out the cable from my keyboard, my PC will pop out a low battery icon and they battery life will be shown as 2% and charging. I tried updating my  firmware, and it updater shows me my keyboard using the latest firmware. Can someone please advice on how should I proceed with this problem. I bought this item on 12 December 2025 via Shoppee Challenger Singapore Official Store.

Hi everyone, i have this issue with my brand new Kraken V4, basically when i listen to some music with high bass the volume goes down, then it goes up again.i tried to set something different with the equalizer in Razer Synapse and i noticed that if i put the bass frequences higher then usual (31Hz, 63Hz) this issue is worse, if i set the frequences to the minimum there is no issue.another particular thing is that if I use the headset cabled this issue is less worse then used wireless.i have all the drivers updated and i don’t use any other app on my pc for the sound, plus with other headset and speakers i don’t have this issue.someone know how to solve this? as hip hop lover it is heartbreaking :)

Hi, I’ve had my Barracuda X for two years and lately I’ve been experiencing problems with the audio in wired mode, where I only hear from the left side when the cable is turned in certain ways. I’m not experiencing any issues in wireless mode, so I’d like to find a replacement for the cable. Is there any way to buy an official one?

Bought the headset and went to play Arc Raiders. Outside of party chat i can hear my friends and it looks like I'm talking but they cant hear me at all. Party chat works fine and its just this game i have issues with.

For a while now Razer Synapse 4 was working great and I had no issues with it but today I opened it and it started to crash over and over a few seconds after opening - at one point it looked like it was going to try to install an update but then it said installation failed and crashed. I tried restarting my laptop and also uninstalling synapse and going to the website to download the latest version of the installer and reinstalling it but this also failed. I am running on a razer blade 18 (2024) with rtx4090 and intel core i9 14900hx on windows 11 latest udate

Why can't keyboard functions be added to the m1-m6 buttons? This function is available on regular Xbox controllers but not this one??? Returning
