This message is to the Razer Company. Ever since the last razer synapse update my Razer Freyja’s haptics has stopped working (my freyja is not broken). I’ve done everything in my power to fix this issue, even sending my freyja to you guys for a replacement just to get the new one and have the SAME ISSUE! Upon further inspection I’ve come to the conclusion that this is a software issue and many others also have the same problem. We all spent our hard earned money to support your company as well as enjoy this unique experience  and we think its only fair your create an update ASAP to address and solve this major issue. Please response in a timely fashion to inform us of your plans to fix this. Please don’t earn a bad rep off of a simple fix. 

i was playing games and my mouse was connected to the dongle, it kept freezing and turning off. i gave up and connected it to usb and for awhile that worked, but then windows gave me a message that read “usb device not recognized” does anyone have a fix? now its not working at all and i dont know how to fix it

Hi.Recently mi Kraken Ultimate headsets are “poping” and disconnecting and connecting every 10 minutes more or less, the microphone gets muted alone as well… Im so done whith this and i cant find a solution anywere. Please  any help given will be apreciate. Thank You so much

The USB stick appears as Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed under devices and the mouse as HID-compliant mouse.   Mouse appears in the app tho and is completely configurable. It works fantastic and is the smoothest mouse I've ever owned, but I am a perfectionist and I feel there is still a tiny constant micro stutter when moving a camera in games very slow on my 120hz TV, barely noticeable on fast movements, but on slow it is constant stuttery, like as if the 1000hz and G-Sync doesn't work well together, unlike if I move the camera with the right stick on a controller, that is completely 100% buttery smooth at all speeds. I had the same with my former run-of-the-mill mouse, but i was hoping this would be gone with a high quality mouse.Anyway, is this correctly installed? 

Hi All,My Iskur V2 RZ38-0277 has started sinking when i sit on it, from what i can tell the gas lift needs replacing… I’m not in warranty but can’t seem to find a way to buy the part?Any help would be appreciated… thanks.

Hello. Similar to this post: my basilisk V3 pro got bricked and I can no longer use it in any way. I tried to reinstall drivers in device manager but nothing works. It happened when trying to pair by BT to a new device. I think the problem is software related and the mouse got bricked. I can not send it to warranty to the place I bought it from as it offered only one year of warranty. Is there any way you could help me? Thank you. [removed by moderator] .

I’m hoping someone can help me fix my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. The mouse was working perfectly fine on 2.4GHz, but I got it stuck in an unresponsive state while trying to connect it via Bluetooth.Here is exactly what happened:How the issue started: I wanted to pair it to a new device, so I switched the bottom slider to "BT". However, the mouse wouldn't turn on (no lights at all). I tried the manual pairing shortcut (Mouse 4 + Mouse 5 + Middle Click) multiple times, but since the mouse seemed "dead" in BT mode, nothing happened. I noticed that if I switched the slider to "2.4" (Dongle mode), the mouse would turn on normally. So, trying to troubleshoot, I started switching the slider quickly from 2.4 to BT, hoping the mouse would "stay awake" long enough to enter pairing mode. This trick actually worked a couple of times: the LEDs turned blue indicating pairing mode, but the mouse still wasn't discoverable on my PC. Hallo Razer Support. Ich habe mir vor einigen Jahren einen Razer Enki gekauft und musste bereits innerhalb der Garantie schon einmal den Gas Lift austauschen lassen. Die Garantie ist jetzt nicht mehr vorhanden und ich habe auch keine Garantieverlängerung. Ich möchte mir jetzt ungern einen neuen Stuhl kaufen da ich nicht genug Geld habe um dies zu stemmen. Daher meine Frage wie kann ich den Gas Lift austauschen? Bietet Ihr an dieses Ersatzteil bei euch zu kaufen? I ordered the Razer Thunderbolt 5 Dock from official site and it delivered yesterday. Connected a Skydimo RGB strip to it's USB A port and I got the windows "Power surge on the USB port" message. The RGB I have is for a 27 inch monitor and it covers 4 sides of my screen, so it does require some power. When I lower the brightness then it works as usual, but once I set the brightness back up to anything more than around 70%, it just turns off completely. I tried the other USB A port and got the same results. But if I connect it to the usb c ports via adaptor (including the non thunderbolt 5 one), its able to light up as usual.I tried searching on the web but it only says the USB A ports support 10gb/s data transfer and didn't mention anything about the wattage available. Normally I would assume its just what it is but just want to know if it's possible my dock is faulty because (1) it is a somewhat premium product, and (2) my old Dell dock that doesn't even uses thunderbolt 4 could suppo

Hi i recently purchased the blackshark V3 pro’s for PlayStation 22/3/26 and i have no light indicator lighting up on the headset it wont show blue for pairing or green when its on i have updated the firmware on both the dongle and headset and also tried a factory reset and still no light on the headset although the headset seems to be working is this a software bug or is it faulty 

After 11 months’ use of my first Book 13, the laptop screen panel starts to black out out of sudden. When the lid is open above certain angle, the screen panel backlight will go off. When I close the lid a bit more, the screen panel will work again.  However, the workable agnle is very small and unstable. The whole laptop is totally unusuable unless it is plugged into a monitor. Since my first Book 13 is within warrenty, I got an official replacement of a brand new machine. This machine also had some BSOD issues, which was resolved by ANOTHER replacement of the motherboard. However, after one year’s use of the replaced replaced laptop, the screen is Failing again. The screen will not work after the lid is opened over 35 degrees. The panel is 99% black. The laptop is again unusable. So, if you have the same issue, please try HALF open the lid. Hello,My Razer Viper V3 Pro wireless mouse has stopped working.I own two Razer devices—a mouse and a headset—and each uses its own dedicated Razer receiver. Hi everyoneI was making a custom profile for certain scenarios like typing and etc., i was messing around with the actuation points but every time i set it and move to a different profile, it keeps reverting back to the default which is 1.2mm. is it normal that i have to reselect all the keys every time i switch to a different profile in order for the custom actuation points to work?

Running new Synapse 4, profile remaps some of the thumb buttons on my mouse (Basilisk Ultimate) to keyboard buttons like numbers, etc. which only work while Synapse is NOT running. While Synapse is running they seem to be captured or something. This is annoying when I want to control the lighting, but can’t have Synapse running if I want the button mapping to work. Looking for a solution so that remapped key presses function properly while Synapse 4 is running.

Hello, I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset last year. Initially, I was using it with the Type-C adapter, but it stopped working; it ceased functioning on my desktop computer. I tried it on another computer, but it still didn't work. I am currently connecting via Bluetooth, but the sound quality is very poor. Hey there,My Razer laptop got stolen and l cant use Microsoft's 'Find my device' to track it. I wonder of there is an alternative way or if Razer can do something about it.Alex

It worked fine for a few months then only certain keys would work. All the lights are on, the pc recognizes it, and now none of the keys work. I have tried to reset and nothing. Tried to update firmware and it won’t work. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Can you please help?
