I'm trying to get a better idea of how many people are experiencing this. When my controller is connected via USB, it works flawlessly. But when I use it wirelessly with the dongle on Xbox Series X, I experience inconsistent right-stick responsiveness. Sometimes inputs seem to go unregistered, while other times my aim suddenly overcorrects and goes flying in an unintended direction.

I've exchanged my original controller for a replacement, and the second one has the exact same issue. I've since found multiple reports from other users describing the same behavior on Reddit and the Razer Insider forums.

If you're experiencing this on Xbox, please open a support ticket with Razer and describe the issue in detail. The more reports they receive, the easier it should be to establish that this is a recurring problem that needs to be investigated by their engineering team. Hopefully, if a firmware issue is identified, a fix can be released quickly.

With a $200 controller and a limited return window, people shouldn't have to risk being stuck with a product that doesn't work reliably wirelessly while waiting indefinitely for a solution.

If you're experiencing this, please comment below and let us know whether it happens only wirelessly and whether wired operation works normally. I'd really like to know how widespread this is.

Same issue here (on second controller too), wired it’s fine, dongle is a**. I opened a ticket, they want me to record the issue via gamepad tester or their app. Going to give it a shot today. You have multiple people reporting this but they still want proof from me, crazyyyy, lol.

I send them two videos which showed the spastic behavior of the movement / aim and that was enough, now it's down to, testing it on a different Xbox which, surprise, made no difference.

Same issues here. I thought I may have just received a faulty controller, but I ended up getting a replacement and it behaves the same way. Kind of ridiculous to be having these issues on a $200 controller.
