Raiju V3 Pro Mute Button on PS5

I recently got this controller and am using it on PS5 with the wireless usb dongle. The mute button seems to only mute the controller’s built in mic, or mics connected via wire directly to the controller. It does not mute in the PS5 itself and so it does not mute a mic/speaker that is connected to the PS5 and a normal PS5 controller would.

If this is the intended design then that really isn’t helpful and if rather inconvenient. I have confirmed the controller and dongle are on the latest firmware, and i don’t have any apparent connection/wiring issues.

Please know that the mute button on the Razer Raiju V3 Pro is hardware-level and designed to only mute the controller's built-in microphone or a headset plugged directly into its 3.5mm jack. To mute your system or wireless headset audio while using the Razer Raiju V3 Pro, you must use the PS5 Control Center or change your audio settings directly through the console UI. Please feel free to PM me if you need further assistance.
