Audio Randomly Drops to Complete Silence Across BlackShark V3 Pro, V3, and V2 Pro

Hi Razer Team and Community,

I am writing this message to urgently draw attention to a severe, widespread audio flaw affecting the BlackShark V3 Pro, the BlackShark V3 (Standard), and even the BlackShark V2 Pro. This is a systemic driver or software -related issue across multiple models that requires immediate official investigation.

Here is the specific issue many users are facing:

Random Total Audio Loss (Connected but No Sound):
While using the headset, the audio will randomly and completely cut out to absolute silence. What makes this bug incredibly frustrating is that the headset does not actually lose its connection. The wireless connection remains active, the power is on, and the device is still fully detected, showing as "Connected" and configurable in Razer Synapse. However, there is zero sound output.

Unpredictable Triggers and Timing:
There is no fixed trigger for this issue. The timing is completely random and unpredictable. Sometimes the headset works flawlessly for hours without a single issue, while other times the audio completely cuts out within just 10 minutes of use.

Re-plugging the Dongle Fails; Toggling Connection Status Works:
Unlike typical connection drops, unplugging and re-plugging the wireless dongle does NOT restore the audio. The only temporary workarounds to bring the sound back are to completely power cycle the headset (turning it off and on again), or to manually toggle the HyperSpeed connection status, which seems to force a reset of the audio stream.

Massive complaints have been reported across global communities, especially in China:
This is a widespread issue that Razer cannot afford to ignore. China represents one of Razer's largest and most loyal esports gamer bases, and the outcry there is immense. This issue is being actively discussed and documented with heavy user engagement on Bilibili (China's largest video-sharing and gaming/anime community platform) and on official international threads:

Standard troubleshooting steps like clean reinstalling Razer Synapse, updating Windows, and switching USB ports have absolutely no effect.

The Chinese gaming community and global players have heavily invested in Razer's premium ecosystem, but having our audio completely drop out mid-game ruins the experience we paid for. Could the support team please escalate this critical, cross-generational driver issue to the core software engineering team immediately? We need an official patch, not generic troubleshooting templates.

Thank you, and we look forward to an official response.

Hello friend! I am just a community member, but my roommate was having the same issue for a few months.

While I agree that the Razer team should get off their geriatric nates, we did have a solution that we have found that fixed the issue of dropping audio.

We turned off the “Low latency” setting within the enhancements tab, and have connected the dongle to one of our USB 3.0 ports that connected to the motherboard itself. Hopefully the Razer team can fix this issue, as it is very severe. But from one gamer to another, I do hope this solution can help you kindly! We have not had the dropping issue for weeks since we have done this.

I also discovered a couple of days ago that turning off the low-latency option seems to prevent this issue. It hasn't occurred for a while now, so it appears that the source of the problem lies there.
