You might be entering the model number instead, check for small writing elsewhere maybe?

Cannot register my Kraken X Lite the activation code doesnt work and the serial number is so small and is such a stupid spot it cannot be read

Hey guys,

If you continue to experience the issue, can you send me a PM with a photo of the serial number so I can confirm it in our system? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide me a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
