This is a serious problem. There is no consumer protection.
Game developer offered a recharge, I brought, dev then took back the item and changed to a much inferior item which I do not want.
Players complained, dev apologises for the mistake but they did not issue refund and tell players to find payment provider. In a sense, running with the money.
This is 100% like a scam.
There are many more players using Google and Apple who experienced this problem and get refund quickly.
I contacted Razer and they kept repeating transaction when through, so there is no refund according to their TnC.
I am so disappointed in using Razer gold for this.
Probably I will just find my bank for a chargeback instead for the reloading.
