I noticed that the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro - Quartz has been recently added to the Razer Silver Catalog (the black one has been there for a while, the pink one was recently added), so I decided to aim for it since I had something I needed to load Razer Gold for and my Razer Silver was expiring. I was probably only about halfway to the amount needed (200,000), and after putting in what I needed, I still needed to load up probably around an extra 60k worth, so I just poured everything into Razer Gold (needless to say, skipped Black Friday shopping as well) so that I could redeem Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro - Quartz (which I’m aware is pretty silly since that’s putting in an extra 10x compared to just buying it).
However, when I finally reach the amount needed and tried to redeem it, it keeps linking me to the checkout cart without giving me a voucher code or anything sort. While it appears on https://gold.razer.com/us/en/silver/redeem/summary/razer-kraken-kitty-edition-v2-pro---quartz, it doesn’t seem to be on the catalog on https://www.razer.com/store/rewards/catalog.
More than 30k Razer Silver (over 1k USD worth) expires at the end of this month, and I sent a ticket a few days ago but haven’t received a response.
I don’t really know what to do. I’m pretty sure support can’t help me if my points expire. I could try to get a voucher for the black one, but my guess is that they won’t allow me to change it for a pink one once I do. Plus, I really wanted the pink one, and getting a black one really makes it hard to justify going for a pink one later in the future. I already went over my budget by getting the remaining Razer Silver I needed, so I can’t build up again. Plus, almost 50k is going to be expiring next month after this.
