I cant purchase lords mobile pack using gold razer, because suddenly razer cant send otp to my phone number. I have already purchased regularly every month with no problem.
I already submit ticket TWICE (please dont recommend me go there, its robotic answer).
From those ticket got reply from [email]gold-support@razer.com[/email] recommending to email technical support.
I email technical support got reply from [email]support-us@razersupport.com[/email] recommending to email [email]razerpaysupport@razer.com[/email] or open ticket (lolol again!!!)
This is never ending chain of support lol with no real technical support, only based on robotic support.
