Got new laptop, and having a problem with devices not beeing detected both on official Synapse 4 and the Synapse 4 beta (newest version installed).

Previously it was working OK (device detected), but there was a bug that Synapse was not always starting automatically with the system.

Already removed Synapse several times, used the cleanup tool, installed the newest Synapse 4 / Beta version. The “funny” thing is that after laptop restart - devices appearing in Synapse (so I can read the serial number for eg), but NONE setting will work (change DPI or Chroma for eg). When I turn off mouse/keyboard and turn it on again - it’ll dissapear from Synapse and never come back, until OS restart.

OS: Win 11 Pro 25H2

Peripherals: Razer Pro Click V2, Razer BlackWidow v4 Low-Profile

have you guys considered not updating the fucking software? literally, every software update that you guys push breaks one of my components. every update makes regret fucking buying razer ever. “for gamers by gamers” my ass, i want my money

Will the problems of Synapse 4 ever be solved with the continuous shutdowns that the application has?


Will the Razer Hanbo problem be solved with the processor temperature detection and the GPU?

 

Will the problem of Razer Addressable RGB Controller be solved, which does not save the color settings, and goes with a lot of delay?

 

All this worked correctly in Synapse 3, and you do not allow to use that version again, which means that many peripherals that we already have, totally lose value and you even have to look for other alternatives.
They are topics that you already know and that your previous version of Synapse, you had working correctly.

It can't be that you have Hardware products with incredible quality (this is true) but not being able to enjoy them in your own software.
I hope that one day (and soon, please) you will correct these problems... or at least, not impose Synapse 4 without having the option to use version 3, where everything worked correctly.

    I'm using two Razer Kunai fans on it... if it works badly with them, you'll tell me what I should mount there.
     

    PD: I just updated Synapse 4, and now Razer Hanbo, after YEARS, shows CPU and GPU temperatures. INCREDIBLE.

    In addition, the program seems much more stable and does not close constantly. It is a coincidence that I write this morning about these problems and most of them, they seem solved (fingers crossed).

    No, I was just trying to make you have the error I have. When Chroma Light strip set is used with Chroma Addressable Rgb controller it causes Chroma light strip set to move from saved position in chroma studio.
