Razer Synapse

I just bought the Razer Blackshark V3 Pro and wanted update the firmware. When I connect my headset to the Mac it doesn’t even recognize the headset in the Synapse software. What is the work around?

I have Synapse 4 installed for my DeathAdder Elite mouse. When I tried to use the program today, an update began, but it got stuck at 0/235 KB, followed immediately by a notification that the installation failed. This is preventing me from using the program. 

I’m here simply to advocate for Linux support. I have 3 Razer devices, headphones, keyboard and mouse and they struggle to work with Linux. Us Linux users should not have to settle for third part software like OpenRazer. While I respect their work it should not be on them to have to make these tools. We paid money for our devices, we expect support on Linux. 

i already connected it once and its not showing anymore and when i look at my razer profile it shows that it is connect and it wont let me connect it to my chroma 

Hello Razer Support Team,I am using Razer Synapse 4 with an ASUS PRIME X870-P WIFI motherboard (Windows PC), linked through the Chroma Control plugin. My Razer devices include a Viper V3 Pro, Huntsman V3 Pro, Seiren V3 Chroma, Kiyo X, and an Aether Monitor Light Bar.I have two questions.1. Which motherboard brands/models have officially supported and fully working RGB integration with Synapse 4 (Chroma Connect / Chroma Apps)? Is there an official partner compatibility list for Synapse 4? I am considering MSI (Mystic Light) and Gigabyte (RGB Fusion), and I would like to know whether either has official, stable support, including Chroma Studio, Chroma Visualizer, Axon, and game integrations such as PUBG.2. On my current setup, Chroma Studio works, but Axon, Chroma Visualizer, and game integrations are intermittent, and sometimes only the motherboard responds. Hello. I constantly face an issue where "RazerAppEngine Window" process prevents my PC from shutting down normally. Hi.Guys, anyone know how to solve this issue or it is not an issue ?Chroma app detect my PC with the name and there are few dots where I can set the colors but this not change anything. All rgb components in my pc are synchronized by msi center.It looks like mousepad but with description of my PC name and do nothing, i believe this cause issue with positioning of peripherals because each time when I set positioning and save it save till I close Synapse 4 or reset pc where that “mouse pad with pc name” always go back to the center of cross red lines and other peripherals are moved also.PictureBest regards.

There’s an available module in my Razer Synapse 4 installation called “Exchange”, but I can’t install it or figure out what it does or what it’s for. Is this a bug?

 I love my Razer Wolverine — the build quality, features, and precision are excellent. In most modern games I’m almost as accurate with it as I am with a mouse.That said, the lack of an Anti-Deadzone option in the software is a real limitation. It forces players like me to look at competitors when playing older titles that don’t have native deadzone adjustment — especially on consoles .An Anti-Deadzone feature would be a huge quality-of-life improvement and would make the Wolverine even more competitive across a wider range of games. Many of us would really appreciate seeing this added.Thanks for considering it!

Hi Razer, I recently bought your wolverine v3 TE 8k, i love this controller a lot, but i find the software very limited. I used to be able to apply anti-dead zone settings to my controller to counter the fairly high dead zone in older games, as well as customize the aiming curve using Bézier curves, for example. Unfortunately, your software doesn't offer all these options, including the ability to adjust the dead zone more precisely, in increments of 1 instead of 3, as was possible with the Vader 5 Pro software. I think implementing this in your software would greatly improve its quality and credibility with many gamers. It would also offer a complete controller experience (which is excellent) that I unfortunately find somewhat hampered by the software, or at least not used to its full potential.Thank you for your attention !!

Toutes mes attributions de touches affichent le message « Cette attribution de touche nécessite Razer Synapse », et mes macros et raccourcis ne répondent plus.Le paradoxe : Synapse est bien installé et lancé, c’est justement la mise à jour qui a cassé le fonctionnement. Un périphérique à plus de 80 € qui devient inutilisable après une mise à jour logicielle, c’est inacceptable. Et aucune solution de repli n’est proposée : impossible de revenir à Synapse 3.@Razer, pouvez-vous nous dire :si ce bug est connu et corrigé prochainement ? s’il existe un moyen officiel de revenir à Synapse 3 ou de récupérer mes profils ?Si d’autres ont le même problème, ou mieux, une solution, je suis preneur. Pour l’instant, mon Tartarus V2 sert de presse-papier. Et ca fait cher le presse-papier!!

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a very strange issue with my Razer Monitor Stand Chroma (RC21-0232), and it appears to have started after a recent Synapse/Chroma update.The important thing is that I have now completely reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch, so this is a completely clean installation with no previous Razer configuration or leftover software.The problemWhen the computer starts, the entire LED strip works perfectly.If I disconnect and reconnect the Monitor Stand while Synapse/Chroma is not running, 100% of the LEDs work correctly.The physical Chroma button also works correctly and cycles through the built-in lighting effects with the entire LED strip illuminated.However, as soon as Razer Synapse/Chroma starts and takes control of the Monitor Stand, part of the LED strip turns off.It is roughly half of the strip, slightly less.The affected section is always the same.For example:Static → affected section is OFF Breathing → affected section is OFF Spectrum Cycling → affected sect

I ordered the new Razer Naga V3 Pro, and it showed up yesterday.I was disheartened to see that it's not recognized in the Razer Synapse for Mac software (Version 4.0. [removed by moderator] ).So I decided to use a technique that I've used with previous Razer mice that have onboard memory.I'm posting this here on the chance that it helps some of you.The only major downside is that you need access to a Windows machine that can run the current Razer Synapse software. Luckily, I have an old laptop that works great for this.Connect the Razer Naga V3 Pro to the Windows machine.Install/open the Synapse software on that Windows machine.Use Synapse to configure all of the mouse buttons, scroll wheel & tracking options.These settings will automatically be saved to the onboard memory of the Razer Naga V3 Pro.Connect the mouse to your Mac and all of your settings should be present and functioning natively.A bonus discovery that I made yesterday: I have discovered that you can use the Windows k

As of 10/20/2026 Razer Synapse 4 non-beta (4.0.86.2610120714) causes a double typing problem when synapse is open on the Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHz fullsize, tkl, and the new mini, not the 65% HE (unsure about tkl HE, and non pro tkl). Beta vertsion of Synapse 4 works fine with tkl and fullsize but new mini still has the problem.When the WASD and QE keys are assigned to gamepad controls and passthrough is enabled those keys double type characters.Temproray solution: disable hypershift (fn) on gamepad assigned keys and double typing goes away, however Fn+WASD QE will no longer type those letters, not that anyone really cares… By default Fn + any key functions as if that key was pressed (F types F and fn + F types F), except the ones that light up white and have pre-programmed secondary functions at firmware level (J types J and fn + J is page up on Huntsman V3 Pro mini).For some reason Synapse 4 thinks Fn key is pressed when passthrough fuctionality is enabled, causing the keys to double type

After updating to the new version my synapse cannot detect wuwa on my blade 16 anymore. Even after trying manually adding the game to linked games tab, it won’t show. I tried fix synapse, re-download it, restart my blade 16, deleting and re-download wuwa, and none of it works. Also Razer Cortex doesn’t detect it. But the strange thing is when I manually add wuwa to cortex it pops up “game already installed” thing but it doesn’t actually show in the installed game tab.

I have the thumb button set to Ctrl + Up for Mission Control. It works after starting my Mac or power-cycling the mouse, but stops working later. I've encountered this after locking and waking my Mac. Movement and the other buttons are fine, and Synapse still shows the correct assignment.
