blackshark v2 thx spatial audio issue after recently synapse 4 update

Same problem here, when using THX Spatial Audio in Synapse 4 it inverts the audio, when it returns to stereo it normalizes. However, in Synapse 3 it works normally.

Any solution?

Same problem. BlackShark V2 + USB Sound Card. I'm afraid we'll have to wait, as far as I know Razer...

I had the same problem with the blackshark v2. So, i uninstalled and reinstalled snyapse4. Everything became more absurd. Calibration option in snyapse 4 is not work. If stereo is selected, left and right sounds are okey. If THX is selected, they are changed. Also when I click on the listen button everything happens as seen in the screenshots.

Hey guys. I created a support ticket with Razer reporting the same problem that we are discussing here in this topic, but unfortunately without success yet, they think that we are configuring the program wrong or there is a problem with our machine.

They still don't realize that the problem is with the Razer Synapse 4.0 software itself.

I ask that everyone open support and report the same problem, so that we can have a firmware update or synapse update for correction.

Im having the EXACT same issue as haemus22. Its driving me MAD. i switched back to synapse 3 and no problem at all. At first it seemed like the problem was only when i had it set to thx competitive mode but then it was just no matter what setting i had it set to, even stereo and i was getting this problem. Its so fucking annoying and i seriously hope razer fixes that VERY soon. I was excited that there was now a synapse 4 but that sure killed it so fast.

I just got the Blackshark V2 with the USB Sound Card today and I am using Synapse 4.0.  I am having this exact problem, THX Spatial Audio left and right channels are reversed.  Going to try uninstalling 4.0 and going back to Synapse 3 for the time being.

Hey guys, I still have the same problem. I contacted Razer Support on the 19th and they still haven't come up with a solution. They just send me messages that won't solve anything.

I think they still don't understand that the problem is in the Razer Synapse 4 app and not in our headphones.

The steps I took that didn't work:

Uninstall Synapse 3 and install Synapse 4 - No success.

Install Synapse 3 and update to Synapse 4 after migrating the profiles - No success.

Update the latest firmware - No success.

The only definitive solution was to not use THX Spatial Audio in Synapse 4 and only use Estério.

Or go back to Synapse 3 so that it works correctly.

I ask that everyone create a ticket reporting the same problem, so that they can provide us with a solution, because if not, we'll continue to have this problem for a while.

I won't be using usb until they fix it. I am chosing stereo with using usb but thx is chosen automatically after restart of pc.

I sent a fedback but they didn’t contact me. If this problem continues, i will go back synapse 3.

I switch to Synapse 3 for now.

There is no response since I have sent feedback 10 days ago.

Big disappointment on Software Quality Control and Customer Service.

Me too switched to synapse 3 and everything is okay for now. I will use synapse 3 until an update for synapse 4.

Switching to ‘Synapse 3’ also helped me

I am having the exact same issue as haemus22. synapse 3 works perfectly fine. synapse 4 no rear audio and no stereo audio with black shark v2+usb sound card. they need to fix it instead of saying its on our end

i just spoke with chat. sent them log files and they are looking into it

Exactly this. It was driving me mad until I stumbled upon this thread.

I think synapse 4 was working better than synapse 3 until the update on november 14. In synapse 3, i see some problems sometimes. For example, i cannot change eq mode from music to game. When i start a game, eq mod is not changed automatically. So, i am closing synapse 3 from task manager and start again. After restarting, everything is okey. This is the solution i found for these bugs.

I sent two feedbacks but i do not take any message about them.

I hope that they fix synapse 4 because i want to switched it again synapse 4.

Although they see that everyone has the same problem, they still cannot find a solution to this.
