my synapse cannot link wuthering waves

After updating to the new version my synapse cannot detect wuwa on my blade 16 anymore. Even after trying manually adding the game to linked games tab, it won’t show. I tried fix synapse, re-download it, restart my blade 16, deleting and re-download wuwa, and none of it works. Also Razer Cortex doesn’t detect it. But the strange thing is when I manually add wuwa to cortex it pops up “game already installed” thing but it doesn’t actually show in the installed game tab.
