Razer Chroma RGB

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a very strange issue with my Razer Monitor Stand Chroma (RC21-0232), and it appears to have started after a recent Synapse/Chroma update.The important thing is that I have now completely reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch, so this is a completely clean installation with no previous Razer configuration or leftover software.The problemWhen the computer starts, the entire LED strip works perfectly.If I disconnect and reconnect the Monitor Stand while Synapse/Chroma is not running, 100% of the LEDs work correctly.The physical Chroma button also works correctly and cycles through the built-in lighting effects with the entire LED strip illuminated.However, as soon as Razer Synapse/Chroma starts and takes control of the Monitor Stand, part of the LED strip turns off.It is roughly half of the strip, slightly less.The affected section is always the same.For example:Static → affected section is OFF Breathing → affected section is OFF Spectrum Cycling → affected sect

Almost 18 months ago I had an issue with devices moving in Chroma Studio. That was fixed with the last update. I was able to verify this on my little system. Many issues still remain and it truly saddens me the condition of this software. I have come a long way in this journey and SignalRGB runs my Razer system best. I tried to advocate for Chroma but it's just been disappointing since Synapse 4. Idk if I can go back to Synapse after this. SignalRGB saved my system! I guess. Thanks for fixing that issue but the damage is done and there were many more bugs created just this year. From 2017 through 2024. RIP Chroma.

Hey, Iam trying to design my Keyboard for the complex Sci-Fi MMO EVE online, there are a LOT of buttons to remember, with a lot of modifier keys, like pressing D is something completely different than pressing Alt+D. So I would like to really design a nice Color-Framework for the game. But Iam struggeling to find solution for lighting up keys in a diffrent color when you hit for example a in-Game modifier key. For example I want to have my Keyboard mostly Blue, but when I press (AND HOLD!) ALT, I would like to get most of the board dark and only light up like A, C and B. Or simply change colors of those Key. Unfortently I only found a solution to change the color of the exact key Iam pressing, not changeing colors of different keys... I assume there must be a way to achieve this, but I couldnt figure it out. Thanks in advance and best wishes! :)

After a recent update Synapse and Chroma the backlight on the device stopped working (only in visualizer). Everything else is working:I believe this is some kind of bug in the code.Has anyone encountered the same problem?

DId this update change anything in the Razer Chroma API?I may not be wording it correctly, but my issue is several of the devices I was lighting in my development project have suddenly stopped working.I am using Razer Chroma SDK for Unity installed from https://github.com/WyvrnOfficial/Unity_ChromaSDK.git and all WAS working well until this update.. Now I am only getting lights on mousepad, mouse and mouse dock. Keyboard, Seiren, Tartarus, Aether strip have all stopped responding to requests to light up.I think the problem might be in ChromaAnimationAPI, specifically ChromaAnimationAPI.SetEffectCustom2D(int device, int[ ] colors) is no longer working.To be clear, I’m not asking if the github repo changed, I'm asking about the underlying chroma service that this github repo would be interacting with.Can anyone confirm if this update changed this API?Is anyone else suddenly having issues using this API or lighting some devices?

Ok, so I won a govee floor lamp.. and its ugly af lol so my wife said to keep it in my office so she doesnt have to look at it. So.. I have set it up, its in the govee app. I have it connected in Synapse and Chroma. It works with the profiles etc.. but I cannot get it to react to the games?i start up Diablo.. the KB, mouse, mousepad all work fine.. the govee just goes dark. Im sure im close .. any ideas? thanks!! 

My Razer Seiren V3 Chroma’s lighting stopped working. This problem is appearing after my PC restarted this week, the lights would get stuck instead of the wheel effect and if I would plug out and plug in, it would never turn back on. The microphone itself works perfectly fine, but there are no longer any visual indicators. For example, the light doesn’t change when I press the mute button and it doesn’t show the chroma effects I configured in my chroma studio. I’ve already tried switching USB ports, unplugging and reconnecting the microphone, and resetting Chroma Studio, but none of these have resolved the issue. I’m looking for any suggestions on what else I can try.

Hello there!I got the Razer BlackWidow V4. Actually I’m playing Stalker 2 with Sensa effects on.I really like it! But there’s one problem: When I play the game at night in my very dark room the effects really shine. But depending on the situation the lightning of the keys turn completely off. And to be honest I constantly hit the wrong keys! Turning on my table light helps but kills the atmosphere and of course the intensity of the Sensa effects.So my question: Is there ANY way to prevent the lightning of the keys going completely dark? Would be nice to have an option for that, but maybe it is possible to edit the Sensa profile for this game?My idea is that whenever the light of a keycab turns dark/off it instead stays at a fixed color and intensity, preferably the user can set as he likes….

For me using synapse 3 with my wooting 60he became a pure waste of performance since the chroma API does not support per key rgb on wooting keyboard, is there a way to get per key rgb with this keyboard anyway with chroma or do i just need to hope it get updated?

Hello everyone, I would like to share a situation to see if you have ever experienced this. I have constantly noticed that sometimes my devices do not turn off the lights when the monitor turns off, I use this setting because when I am away the screen turns off. I could see that Synapse conflicts with the Chroma module, as there is an option for each device in Synapse to individually configure the lights as you wish, including turning off the lights when idle for some time and when turning off the screen. However, this option also exists in the Chroma RGB module, and I noticed that even when checked in Synapse, when we restart the PC, the option in Chroma RGB remains unchecked, causing the lights on my mouse (Naga Trinity) to not turn off most of the time, and others on my keyboard (Huntsman V2 Analog) as well, forcing me to go to the module and check the option "Apply to other Chroma-enabled devices", and check the box "Turn off when monitor is off" again.   

The latest update to Chroma RGB has caused my Chroma Connect to disconnect and lose my MSI motherboard everytime my computer goes to sleep and wakes up.  I end up having to restart the computer to get Chroma Connect to see my MSI motherboard and MSI Mystic Light Again.  I have verified that the MSI software is set to Razer and it is every time.  

As the title says, the Chroma Visualizer keeps turning off automatically when I boot my computer back up, which makes me go to the Chroma App and activate it every time I use my system. I also tried reinstalling both the Chroma app and the Synapse app to no avail. If anybody has a fix to this I would be very glad.Thank you in advance.

I`ve seen a lot of threads here about broken mute button and that synapse is doing it. In my situation i installed only Razer Chroma for my Barracuda X Chroma, and this app is breaking mute button too. After pressing mic sensivity drops to 0 and not returning to normal.And by the way, why all RGB products (well, at least Barracuda X Chroma) dont have its own memory to remeber which lightning profile it is using? Or i dont know something?

My issue is very similar to the one in this thread as in that there is no light on the Basilisk V3 but on my keyboard, the blackwidow v4 the rgb works fine. I have attempted to follow the same reinstall instructions but to no avail

Hi,My microphone is working fine but the RGB suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps already but to no avail. It just happened yesterday. Troubleshooting Steps done:1.) Unplug and re-plug cable.2.) Uninstall and Re-install Razer Synapse/Chroma.3.) Uninstall and Re-install Seiren V3 Chroma Driver from Device Manager.4.) Turn on my PC with only the Seiren V3 Chroma plugged in.5.) Try all USB ports including a docking station on my PC.6.) Run my device with Razer Synapse/Chroma disabled. I don’t have an extra computer/laptop to try my device. Is anyone experiencing this as well?

what do you neeed for axxaror right,  what armor d oyou  use for cg, nex is week to magic gear, shadow slaps in toa, toa sucks out of all the raids1-10 how much do you like our raxor chair, what about the mouse and pad mic and headphones.i just wish they would get us more clothes

g, h, j, k, o, p, [, ], c, TAB, LShift, CapsLock, Del, PGup, Numpad4, Numpad5. All have the blue LED disabled. The first day i noticed i was able to get it to temporarily fix itself by unplugging the keyboard , restarting synapse 4, and plugging it back in. but since then this issue persists, i know these LEDs are not burned out. they are just software disabled. I've tried firmware updating and factory resetting the Hunstman Elite. But i wish not to uninstall synapse if i can avoid it. When synapse is off and the keyboard is on default spectrum cycling the blue LEDs remain disabled.I am firmly certain this is a synapse issue but because my keyboard is out of warranty i was forced onto this forum instead of talking to a customer service person. Edit* Windows Dynamic Lighting is off, Razer is set to Chroma RGB.

I have a razer cobra pro, and I was wondering whether i could bump up the brightness during the wired mode and have it reduced when it is wireless. I’m pretty sure the best way to do this is by profile swapping (I mean the cleanest way) but any other way also work. I’m willing to go through any extent in order to make this work so even if it involved other softwares count me in. Thanks!
