My Razer Seiren V3 Chroma’s lighting stopped working. This problem is appearing after my PC restarted this week, the lights would get stuck instead of the wheel effect and if I would plug out and plug in, it would never turn back on. The microphone itself works perfectly fine, but there are no longer any visual indicators. For example, the light doesn’t change when I press the mute button and it doesn’t show the chroma effects I configured in my chroma studio.
I’ve already tried switching USB ports, unplugging and reconnecting the microphone, and resetting Chroma Studio, but none of these have resolved the issue. I’m looking for any suggestions on what else I can try.
