Hello.
I constantly face an issue where "RazerAppEngine Window" process prevents my PC from shutting down normally. Sometimes an additional error window pops up during this.

When will this be fixed?
All of this happens on new PC with a clean Windows installation.
It has been more than 1 year since first post about this, but bug is still not fixed.

Additionally, while looking into this problem, I noticed extremely poor RAM optimization. The RazerAppEngine process takes 0.25 GB in background, grows to 1 GB if I open the app window, and stays at 0.5 GB after closing window. And this is not counting other Razer background processes.

It feels like software optimization was completely ignored. If I have Razer devices, do I absolutely need 32 GB of RAM or what?
I have been using Razer since 2012 (or even earlier, I think I bought my first mouse during my first years at university) and I use Naga series exclusively. However, since release of Synapse 4, I constantly see this problematic process, and each time it feels like disrespect to the users.
If this is not fixed soon, my next mouse will be the Corsair Scimitar Elite.
