Hey Guys,



I have a 2019 Razerblade 15 advanced 144hz 1080 laptop. I just bought a dell2721dgf monitor with 165hz and 1440 reso. What is the best display cable for this? I can't find any mini dp to dp for 2k @ 165hz.



Do I get thunderbolt 3(usb-c) to dp?

or

thunderbolt 3(usb-c) to a dp adapter?

You don’t have to look for that specific bandwidth resolution, blade 15 DP is 1.4 version can cover up to 4K 144Hz, that monitor is with in that range, so mini DP to DP that has 4K 60Hz (when I’m not wrong usually so subscribed) branding cable theoretically should be fine.
