I just bought a razerblade 14 and I'm having issues with the screen going black. It seems to happen if I switch to Nvidia Optimus mode or if I adjust the refresh rate in either mode to 60 hz. It works fine if I hook up an external display and switch it back to the dedicated GPU. I've done all the windows updates and updated Nvidia drivers. Not sure what is going on. Bummer to experience with a brand new laptop...

I would try to post in a support thread. May get more traction. Are you in windows or in game when you make the changes?

As other mentioned, contact support. Meanwhile you can try using other (older) nvidia driver using advanced search nvidia driver, newest doesn’t mean the best. To me it sounds Optimus bug from driver, either nvidia or amd since on 2022 depends on synapse mode they change each other to control internal display (Optimus by AMD and nvidia only aka mux (on advanced Optimus) by nvidia).
