I am having issues with my Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard. I have it plugged into my PC directly via the provider USB cable, but it is losing battery charge anyway. I am not using it wirelessly and have never used it wirelessly, but somehow it is still losing battery charge. I updated the firmware but that did not work.
I'm currently not even using my keyboard (I'm typing this on my phone), and it's not gaining any charge.

sounds like the charging port may be clogged if its not recognizing wire. or it may be a loose connection. maybe try a different cord
