Razer 15 power brick alternative

Hi there everyone,
I just got myself a Razer Blade 15 Base model. I have a couple questions and maybe there is someone kind around that could answer.

1. My Razer is hot. Like all the time when I put my hands on to computer I feel heat. My previous laptop was Dell XPS 9550, which is also a beast in a small box, but this one is way hotter. I'd say that the area where I rest my palms is around 40-45 degree celcius even when I'm writing this post. Is that normal for Razer or should I be concerned that there is something wrong with mine?

2. The 230 watt power brick attached to this laptop is really big and heavy. Is there any alternative to this? I doubt that this laptop needs 230 watt power at all times. Would it hurt it if I used 100 watt charger for travel and and "not so heavy" tasks? Is maybe a USB-C charger an option?

My setup is: i7-10750H / 16GB RAM / 512 GB / Win10 / RTX3060 / 144Hz screen (planning to expand on ram and ssd)
