I order the new laptop back in may on pre oder when it was released by razer just cancelled it I have been getting the run around on chat support at one point the chat assistant told me let me run to my managers house and find out why
really messed up no notice as to why they said your oder has been successfully canceled as if i canceled it.
They even tried blaming my bank at one point.

so update I made a poll on customer service from razer official responded to that saying not to make frivolous polls.

yeah i was planing this laptop to be my all in one so i wanted the touch screen tis what it is.
Legion 7i was my 2nd pick after 11th gen razer blade. The 7i has solid specs for the price (RTX 3000 series GPUs, 32gb RAM, 1 TB PCIe SSD), I just dont know if they have 11 gen CPUs yet though.

I just got a confirmation Email a moment ago that my items have now shipped. Although delayed, still a relief to know its not cancelled.

I havent been told my pre-order was cancelled yet but Im starting to get worried. I pre ordered the razer blade 15 11th gen rtx 3070 model with chroma thunder bolt 4 dock. estimated shipping date was June 21st and so far the only confirmation on shipping I have is that 3 packs of gum are arriving today. Credit card has been charged for the full order but no details on when shipping of the actual items will be. Brutal after already waiting over a month...
They never get back I have been inquiring since last week after the above message of 2 to 3 days they send you a message saying we checked and have successfully canceled your order and are closing this case.
Your like umm that is why I am inquiring. Its ridiculous Consumer Tech Review has a nice video on his interaction which issues he had with his laptop and how he will never use a razer again. He even says it you have to be an influencer if you want a response from Razer.

"We have already placed your order for verification, rest assured that we will work on this matter as soon as possible and will do everything we can to assist you with obtaining the products you desire. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days regarding the result of the verification." This is my latest response... 2-3 days? This is insane. You would think a company like this would have better customer support and work ethics. Nah, sit right over there in that corner and we will get to you when we feel like it. Oh you want to throw money at us? We good on on that too.
