Hmmm. Before starting to hate, Can you tell me exactly what is wrong, Which Item you are using. Also, You probably should download synapse. I am not sure if your item Has cloud storage or not but that could be useful to you as well.

I bought this, before there was an alternative, because i have extremely large hands i cant use any other mouse , i tried 20 mice - all to small, or bad shape... I didn't noticed this has no dpi button. And razer synapse cause huge input lag. There is a lot of people reporting this. And already talked to support, which waste waste of time. And no it is not faulty computer, mouse, or installation. I had many razer death adders, on different computers and same problem, Razer Synapse cause huge input lag. So it is pure cancer, that essentials has no dpi button and you are forced to razer synapse. I will go with new m518 anyway, razer is to small for me...
