Hi all.

I have the razer mamba 16000 dpi wireless mouse with the docking station.

It never picked up in synapse 3 only worked in 2.

A few days ago windows did updates (windows 11) and since then my mouse does not show in synapse 2, synapse 2 shows updating in synapse but nothing happens there. It does not show or work on my pc at all anymore.

I tried the mouse only (with cord) and wireless with the docking station on another pc and everything still works but as soon as I plug it into my gaming pc now (tried every usb) nothing happens.

I tried a different mouse on my gaming pc and it works.

Ive tried everything, anyone that can hrelp?
