Hello,

Tomorrow I will receive my Razer Thresher Ultimate for PS4 (PC). I have two questions:



1. Can I connect the optical cable to my PC and the USB Wireless adapter in order to get better sound quality (On PC I watch shows and movies, some support Dolby or other formats on streaming services)?



2. Do I need to install Equalizer APO (and Peace, Voicemeeter) for having access to a wider range of adjustments? Some say that the sound quality of a headset in this class will be downgraded if I install third party software, and people should only use the Razer software/equalizer that follows with the product.



I hope you can give me some advice. I'm sure my questions sound basic but I don't have much experience.
