Hi all. Glad I’ve registered and hope someone can help me out here.

My problem is I have a PS4 and was using the usb razer kraken 7.1 which we got used to having the audio through/ monitor, now have bought the kraken te with remote and no matter what we try are unable to get the audio monitor like on the usb 7.1 headset..

I guess what I’m looking for is someone to say that it can be achieved or that this function is not available, we have also tried plugging the 3.5mm Jack plug into controller but to not avail.
