Hello Razer Inc,
My name is Edwin, I am usually a Razer big fans. Owning 6++ razer gaming peripherals in total.
On last week, i have purchase a Razer New Headset Razer Nari from Malaysia. The parcel arrive on time, and upon arrival i open up the box and found that the USB dongle is stuck inside the Razer Nari headset and cannot even be pull out.
From this situation, i try to contact any Razer support or even the local Authorized Reseller. Nobody to assist me on this matter. Since i am also one of the Razer big customer, i feel that the product quality is very poor and quality control is poor too.
I am looking for Razer INC to give me a compensation or any feedback.
