Why does the EU store not have shipping to all EU countries?

I want to buy a Razer Blade 17 - QHD 240Hz - GeForce RTX 3070Ti with a US layout keyboard.

These are available in the Razer EU store, but I cannot select Germany as a shipping destination. If I select the Razer DE Germany store, it has no specifications whatsoever on the keyboard layout, despite the images showing US layout. I believe they would be the German QWERTZ layout, which I can't work with.

There are no import taxes between EU countries, such as the Netherlands to Germany, so why have they restricted the shipping?

Other than physically travelling to another country to buy in person, or setting up a mail forwarding service, has anyone purchased a US layout keyboard and had it shipped to Germany (without paying a bunch of import taxes from say, the US).
