Hi,

I've Got a Razer Mamba + Firefly HyperFlux Setup on my desk, but the Mouse is Not charging at all. Only when I lift it up around 20cm from the desk. 

Its a wooden desk that can be adjusted in height via a motor (which lies just beneath the plate). I assume the motor is causing interference. Even when the desk is unplugged.

 

Is there Any way to sort this out? Thanks

not sure what contact points you mean. There are none in the Hyperflux setup.

Does the problem only occur on your current set-up using that table? Have you tried cleaning the contact points? PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for model-specific workarounds. Thanks!
