Viper ultimate is completely unresponsive, there has been an issue over the past two weeks with the mouse briefly loosing connection and today it went dead without warning. The color on the top still blinks but all buttons and mouse movement is gone.
I reinstalled all drivers, reinstalled synapse.
I attempted to install an update but it no longer tracks as wired. It still charges, but my laptop doesn’t register it as a mouse.
Anything I can do?
