After some help and advice please...

I have just purchased my first razor mouse which I was hoping to use on my Xbox series X and primarily Call of Duty Warzone! The mouse is comfy as hell and all the standard buttons work. I have set up the other buttons for my requirements using the synapse web site but when I use it back on Xbox they don’t work... Is it me or are the extra buttons including the multifunction paddle not compatible??
