I recently purchased the razer deathadder essential because its design perfectly fits my palm but i can't get it to power up or work i have tried razor syanpse 2 and 3 and i have it registered am i missing something????

    What do you mean that "i can't get it to power up or work"? It's not functioning (cursor not moving) or the lights doesn't come up? DeathAdder Essential works with Synapse 3.
