Blackwidow Chroma v2 doesnt turn on

I have a Blackwidow Chroma v2 that when i plug it i got device not recognized, in device and printers i got only Razer Bootloader, it doesn’t show on device manager, it doesn’t have lights on. 
Ive tried with “BlackWidow Chroma V2_KeyBoard_FirmwareUpdater_v1.01.00_r2.exe” but it keeps me in a loop where it connects and disconnects the keyboard(I can tell that by the sound of inserting an usb)
The usb port from the keyboard works.

 You may try repeating the steps after connecting the keyboard to another computer. Ensure that there is no duplicate hardware driver in the Windows Device Manager. You can check it under Human Interface Device, Keyboards, USB controllers, and Mice and other pointing devices.
