Kraken x lite buzzes

Hi, So before you read about the problem I have to mention that razer support has ignored me many times, via chat twice and via email once, thus you are my last chance. Xbox and retailer didnt help. So my problem is when I have my controller (xbox one s) connected to xbox via bluetooth and my kraken x lite connect to the controller the right headphone makes an awful and loud buzzing, but when the controller is connected via wire it works like charm. What didnt help: Restarting xbox, Changing controllers, Trying different xbox, Replacing headphones, Resetting xbox Lowering mic control Etc. Ps. The headphones work fine on other devices.
