Razer Cortex

I am trying to use the pc remote play feature, yet i have had nothing but issues for the so called “Easiest way to stream pc games to your phone”. It has kept streaming to the wrong monitor, my second monitor, when it is on a virtual display, games refuse to open I’ve noticed, it resets all of my monitor settings and because of it shutting off the main monitor for the virtual display, it pushes every application to the second monitor.

Hi, the display does not work in satisfactory, even though I have turned it on and off. I reinstalled the cortex but it didn't solve the problem. I have reinstalled the game but nothing. What should I do in this situation?

I am getting this notification when I try to optimize PUBG on Booster Prime. My RIG is as follows:ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMINGAMD Ryzen 3 2200GMSI GEFORCE GTX 1060 GAMING X 3G 3GB16GB RAMMy GPU is listed as the recommended GPU in order to play this game, I don’t understand why Razer would left out THE recommended GPU from their support for this game’s optimization. Please fix, thanks. What are the minimum and recommended requirements to play PUBG? – PUBG Support

I entered in Razer Cortex, and after allowing some boost options, I launched a game (GTA 5) within Razer Cortex. Everything disappeared, just a grey background with my mouse, and I can’t do anything. What is the solution in this case?

Hi, I tried uninstalling but Cortex seemingly broke something so I can’t start any programs or use any shortcuts, can’t restart or shutdown. I would like not restore sys image or reformat since I just reformatted.

I've been using Razer for a long time, and not so long ago I installed this Razer Cortex program, but I don't know how to use it properly. How do I get rewards?

Just downloaded razor cortex on my android 11 phone and it say’s Unsecured Device. I have never rooted or emulated or cloned it because its straight up from playstore. Was this problem solved? Because I can’t seem to find a solution for this one.

Hi I have been using Razer Cortex Game Booster for the past few years and have absolutely loved it. It definitely helps my laptop bear the load modern games put on it. Recently though I have been experiencing an issue with it. When I go to it in Razer Cortex it says “0 items will be optimized” and “Found 0 items ready for optimization.” This is incredibly different from my experience before where it found a plethora of stuff to optimize. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Cortex and the entire razer suite to no avail. I am at a loss of what to do next to try to remedy this situation. Any assistance would be much appreciated as I would like to continue to use this software.

I would like to know why my fps overlay is not showing up on any games i play specifically gta 5, fortnite and rocket league. i have it enabled and use the hotkeys in game but it doesn't show

The razer cortex custom display worked yesterday in Counter Strike 2, but today it won't turn on. I see this sometimes when I change graphics settings.

I have this problem with cortex that it won’t do auto boost to my games that i open from steam or other platforms like it should be doing in the frist place it only boost when i do it manualy but either than that nothing happens

Like the title say is the Cortex Overlay broken? My husband and I have identical machines, playing the same games, updated, and turned off at the same time. And yet when I run Marvel Rivals my overlay fails to appear nor will my overlay hotkeys work to turn it on or off. However it still operates fine on his machine. We’ve worked this problem together now, and yet have found no internal solution. We have reinstalled both the Rivals and Cortex itself on my machine. Added and readded the game to my Cortex library. Launched it from Cortex. Confirmed Cortex is running as admin. Nothing has seemed to bring back my overlay 😭 Cortex Version 11.0.46.0Windows 11AMD Ryzen 7 5700GRTX 4060

I just tried Windows 11 and went back to Windows 10. Now when I try to open the app the tray works but the window doesn’t pop up, just shows up for a second on the taskbar and disappears. I haven’t had this problem before converting to Windows 11 and going back. I tried every solution on the internet like uninstalling and reinstalling, running as administrator, in compatibility mode, installing WebView2 (said it was already installed) and ending all processes about Cortex and relaunching. What else can I do?

so i downloaded razer cortex and axon think they where going to be cool and it was lagging my pc to much atfer i downloaded it so i got rid of all of my razer software on my pc but now i used to have about 120 fps on most games before that now im on 30-40 and im wondering can i some how fix my pc so it stops lagging it so much 

I installed latest Cortex version to try the Remote Play feature, but I don’t have the feature next to IN-GAME. Why?Windows 10, 7900xtx, 7800x3d.

Hy My new Game Kingdome Come 2 is not detected by Cortex anyone can Help Please. 

None of the games installed on Epic Games are showing up on Razer Cortex. In fact it says that “Epic Games (not installed)” but clearly it is. If I manually install the games it works but it cannot detect them by itself. Anyone found a solution to this?

i installed cod warzone from Xbox But noticed it is not showing up on cortex is there a way to fix this?
