Razer Cortex

2 days ago I had an error on Cortex when trying to view the rewards page to do my daily paid to play. I closed the program and opened it again, and I had to log in but it got stuck on the log in or loading page. Now it stays stuck on the loading page when I right click on Razer Central in the taskbar and click log in. Clicking on Razer Central or Synapse doesn’t do anything. I have turned my PC off and on but it didn’t help. I cleared cache and that made the small vertical Razer loading screen come up briefly and that’s all. I’ve read old posts of this happening before and it seems to be an issue on the servers. Maybe an update broke it, because I only recently updated Cortex after not updating it for a long time. 

This week, one of the Play to Earn games is Sniper Elite: Resistance Unfortunately, Cortex detection of the game does not work, therefore it does not count Silvers. I have the game through PC Game Pass, I run it through Cortex. The game launcher starts, Cortex restore settings. Running the game from the launcher does not start Cortex monitoring, therefore it does not count Silvers. Reinstalling the game does not help, removing Cortex Service does not help either, as well as the directory from ProgramData\Razer\GameManager3\

Will there by any Support for Razer Cortex for Windows on ARM? The remote play driver installation shows an error when trying to install it.

So today i installed razer cortex and i boosted fortnite etc used all the tools for more fps, but now my game keeps crashing and i dont know how to fix it.

I updated Synapse to the most recent release and now Cortex will not launch, plus I have two different Razer app icons in my System Tray.  I have tried reinstalling, as well as repairing, and checked for any issues between other programs and anti-virus as well.

I’m trying to do my Wishlist from Steam.  Cortex says, “Import is in process, please wait.”  It has been over a month and it still says “...please wait.”  How do I get Cortex unstuck?  I have the  log collector tool  so I have logs.  I cannot figure out how to put the ZIP file in this conversation.  If it is easier for you to delete the Wishlist from Cortex and then I do a re-import, do this.

Why i cant found the "Enable cpu core" Option in game booster help

I uninstall my razer cortex and now it removes every of my windows display options. I can't adjust the brightness, the color of my screen saturation, the resolution it's all gone, after i uninstall razer cortex, my screen keep blinking and the windows error sound keep appearing then my display just got bigger the screen is brighter and from there i have absolutely no options to control my screen please help. (sorry for the typo “Rqzer” on the title)update:it also removes my audio i can adjust volume but there’s no audio 

I was trying to optimize Roblox with booster prime and this message popped up: "Unable to retrieve your game's current settings. Please restart the game or directly changing in-game settings. If you still encounter problems, update Razer Cortex to its latest version (if applicable)." I tried restarting the game and it still didn't work. My Razer Cortex is also on its latest version. What do I do?

Launcher > Platforms > Steam > ConnectConnect button does nothing. Unable to connect platform to my Cortex.Same case with Wishlist.Clicking on the icon for Steam brings up the window but the area to paste the URL of my steam profile is greyed out and cannot be interacted with.I am unable to sync my steam games to my Razor Cortex app because of these issues.Is there any way to fix this?

Hello I was looking at the Razer Cortex and was wondering if any of the games that you can play to get silver are free? 

Hi, My HDD seems to be constantly being accessed when Cortex is running. I can hear it make a very faint click sound every 10 seconds or so. Shutting down Cortex makes it stop. Why would Cortex need to be keeping my HDD live all the time? How can I stop this from happening, aside from uninstalling Cortex? 

I installed Mirror's Edge 1 on EA APP but the Razer Cortex program has a problem with this game. It sees it installed, but tries to start the game not from the startup exe, but points to an ICO image. In fact on the game properties in START IN there is: H:\EaApp\Mirrors Edge\ME_Icon.ico and not H:\EaApp\Mirrors Edge\Binaries\MirrorsEdge.exe Is there no option to change and have the program detect the correct file?I think it's a BUG...

Dear Razer Community, I have inadvertently deleted the Razer Cortex Power Plan. How can I restore it?As a side effect, for example, the Enable CPU Core option under Game Boost no longer functions and is greyed out. I would also like to reset the Razer Cortex Game Boost & System Boost to their Default Settings. Repairing the installation or performing a complete Uninstall & Install for Razer Cortex did not solve any of these issues. Thank you in advance for your help. Cheers,Great_Iskander

Hi Folks,     I have 2 monitors and play my games on the primary monitor and have a second monitor for other things as need be. I was wondering if there was a way to display the cortex performance information on my second monitor while I am playing the game on my primary monitor.thanks!

The razer cortex FPS counter works in steam games, but when I play Diablo 4 or Roblox, the overlay does not work. The overlay use to work in Diablo 4 and Roblox, but it no longer does and does not currently. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? 

I was wondering, is it possible to delete games from the my library section as I have some things there I do not need like two versions of Minecraft and Microsoft solitaire

Where do I report problems with Corex now?They're not charging me SILVERS for "play to earn" again. The Finals game, it worked for a few days, I collected SILVERS, then it broke. Deleting the game didn't help, resetting Razer Game Manager Service 3 didn't help either. Recently there was also a problem with WOT, no one helped me then.

As the title says i need help removing ALL changes razor cortex made. And getting my pc back to what it was prior. Its breaking my games and crashing the,.

Where are all the games gone ? I even reinstalled the app and the list is still empty, 3 months ago there were a lot of games available.
