I made a purchase on Razer.com France as a guest (order RZFRWP1000001973530,
email used: src_man@live.com, order date: 16 July 2025).
I never received the invoice, and the Razer support site keeps looping without
showing chat or ticket options. My order does not appear in my Razer ID.
Could someone from Razer Support please help link my guest order to my account
and send me the invoice with VAT/TVA included?
