Hello guys. I bought my first ever headset yesterday, the razer Blackshark V2 X .

I ve tried to register them but when i try to put in the product number it says that it isnt available or that i should check similar characters such as I and 1 or O and 0 . I ve tried everything but it still doesnt work. Does anyone have any ideas what i should do?
