Hello,I'd like to ask whether anything can be done as a goodwill gesture, as I understand my warranty has now expired.Product: Razer BlackShark V2 HyperspeedSerial number: (removed serial number)Original purchase: 04.05.2024, Saturn Aachen (receipt attached)Warranty replacement received: 30.08.2024The wireless dongle on this unit has failed. It briefly connects, then drops out, and Windows reports it as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" with Code 43. I've tested it across multiple USB ports, with two different cables including a known-working data cable from another device, and on a second computer — the fault is identical everywhere, so it isn't something on my system.The reason I'm writing rather than simply replacing it myself: this is the second BlackShark V2 HyperspeedI've had fail in exactly the same way, at exactly the same component. The unit I have now is itself a warranty replacement for a first one with the same dongle fault. Two units failing identical

I have done everything from trying to connect the dongle to the front and the back using the adapter. My headset is flashing green but not connecting. Help Please im 15 and dont wanna have to buy a new 80 dollar headset 

I talked to Razer support around last year questioning if the ZZZ collaboration edition chair will come to the US. They said it will but it is unknown when. Is it ever going to be available for purchase in the US?

Hi, Anyway to purchase a razor kitsune top aluminium plate? Mines gotten quite bent and beat up over the year.  No worries if not. 

i used wd-40 on the chrome piston of the gas lift on my razer iskur v2 newgen to try and make it spin smoother, since doing that. the gas lift has had this rumble to it that almost sounds as if my chair is farting. i went on reddit to find out you are supposed to use white lithium grease, or silicone lube for the lift. i chose white lithium, bought some, and put it on the chrome lift along with the pin on the bottom after being told to do so. the noise is still here, but if i use razer support, i will be out of a working chair for a minimum of five days and i cant do that long without a chair. does anyone know any possible ways to fix this.

my razer viper 8k sometimes stops working on the right click is there anyway to fix it? 

I updated my razer firmware after getting a prompt to do so on the synapse web browser, and now the mouse is malfunctioning. Any ideas on how to fix the mouse or maybe download an older update? 

The spring for the handle of my backrest had broken and now the handle feels loose, i do not know where to get a replacement part for the spring 

Just got the blackshark v3 X hyperspeed headset and it won't connect to my Xbox one 

Hello I just bought a new hyper polling wireless dongle from razer website for my viper v3 pro since i lost the original one that came with it but i cant connect the mouse to the dongle. The dongle appears on my synapse when i connect it but my v3 pro won’t unless i connect it via type c cable. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

I bought a Wolverine v3 pro for Xbox just yesterday and played one game perfectly fine, the next morning I went to play some more and the dpad was stuck left and no matter how many updates or resets or inputs I changed I couldn’t manage to get it to work. Does anyone know a way to fix this or should I just buy a whole new controller

I let’s recharge my headset over 4 hours (turned off) after the headset is low. After i turned on, it’s yell there low battery without explaination. I got green blinking after the charge and they still said battery low. What’s the heck is this kind of firmware?! Razer can you fix the firmware issue?! It’s become a problem over charging system or provide a new solution for our issue?!

when i open settings/configuration for dongle its just desapier and there is grey screen and i dont know is it synapse problem or the dongle problem

can anyone help me set the macro keys on my razer blackwidow from 2014 i recently got it from someone who does not use it and wanted to set the macro keys to open certain applications. It is not showing up in synpase 4. what do i have to do? 

My Razer Wolverine v2 pro for ps5 touchpad  doesn’t register on pc but registers on ps5 and I need to know how to pair a new dongle to it

I recently lost the wireless dongle for my Razer Viper Ultimate mouse and was wondering if it’s possible to get a replacement.If possible, I’d really appreciate it if the replacement could also include the little cover for the dongle. My region is Asia specifically in Philippines

I recently figured out that whenever i try to use the key combination ALT+Z it doesn’t work. I even tried reprogramming another key to either ALT or Z and it still doesn’t work.Does anybody have any idea how I can fix it?
