Razer Barracuda Pro Battery Issue

So I bought this Barracuda Pro Headset and I’m using it for 3 months, then after the latest update it always blinks red even tho it is charged to 80% and above.
The only way to eliminate the blinking red light was turning it on the headset WHILE charger is plugged and remove the charger, then turn it off.
After some time it can no longer charge to a 100% even if I charge it for more than 4 hours and it just stays on 70% and the battery goes to 20-30% in 4-5 hours

I think this is a firmware update issue or the battery.

PLEASE RAZER, FIX YOUR FIRMWARE

I’m dealing with the exact same issue on my Barracuda Pro too. Ever since the latest update, the battery just refuses to go past 80% no matter how long it charges, and the LED keeps flashing red whether the headset is on, off, or not even charging. The only way to stop it is the same workaround you mentioned. This really doesn’t feel like normal battery degradation. Hopefully Razer steps in soon, because the headset’s been way less reliable after this update.
