Dzień dobry. Wczoraj zakupiłem słuchawki RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X, lecz nie mam kodu aktywacyjnego. Proszę o odpowiedź.

I bought this mic around 4 years ago. From then nothing had happened, no falls no anything its still in spotless condition like new. Just a few days ago it started not beign recognised by my whole PC as a mic (even in sound control panel and everything related to it) but after a couple times of plugging and unplugging it (around 2-3) it worked normally. Now its been 3 days that my PC does not recognise it at all no matter what i do. I cant check the drivers since my mic is not showing up anywhere on my PC even tho i have it plugged in and the light switches on so im at a dead end here. Can someone help? 

So I been a problem with my mouse not pairing to my computer or any of my devices.I tried the mouse pairing utility, changing the usb cable and reinstalling the synapse. I don’t know what to do now and anyone help me.

Hello, i saw that a year ago one guy made a thread talking about how his razer viper ultimate holds click and only works without wireless, so i would like to get help. I saw on other threads to restar the mouse holding the left, center and right click for 10 seconds and it works, but in 5 mins it goes bad again. I dont know what to do, i tried removing razer synapse and reinstalling it again but the problem stils.

i bought a Razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed headset 3 months ago but today the sound is really low even when i turn the volume up on everywhere its still very low please help me

So I heard the blackshark v2 pros work better without synapse, but i have a huntsman v3 and viper v3 pro which require synapse (not to function but i have customs settings) so i was wondering if there’s a way to remove the blacksharks from synapse while still using themstill trying to give these headphones a chance but its been a bit disappointing so far

It appears that I have installed the Razer Shark v2 and I did not do it.

This unexpected behavior of my keyboard is causing me a lot of frustration and disruption in my work. I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and even resetting the keyboard to its default settings, but nothing seems to stop this random typing. I'm concerned that this issue might get worse if left unattended, and I don't want to risk losing any important work or data. I need a reliable and effective solution to this problem, as my keyboard is an essential tool in my daily work and I can't afford to have any issues with it. I'm hoping that someone can provide me with some expert advice or guidance on how to fix this issue, as I am not very knowledgeable about computer hardware and software. I have the Razer Kiyo Ring light Camera, the ring light comes on but the camera is not working. I’ve been trying to get it to work in Stream Labs and it just isn’t coming up. The video is just showing a black box and I try to adjust the video settings but all the settings are greyed out and can’t be adjusted. I’ve seen a pop up on my computer saying the device is not recognized and to just unplug it and plug it back in but every time I do that it just keeps reinstalling the Razer Cortex software and still doesn’t activate the camera.I bought the device second hand from my cousin so I don’t have the set up instructions but he was able to stream on the same camera and just wasn’t happy with the delay on his system. I can’t even get the camera to turn on at all. If the ring light is on it should be recording right? And how do I even get the ring light to turn OFF cause right now it’s just continuously on even when I’m not even trying to stream.

So on my Series X, I remapped my share button on my Wolverine V3 Pro using the Xbox Accessories app. (I set it to ‘double-tap share button → open Razer Controller Setup app’). Every now and then the button unmaps, and all it does is record a clip whenever I tap it, or in this case, records TWO clips when I double-tap it.Usually I’m able to fix it, and I don’t remember how. I imagine just turning the controller off and on, or restarting my Xbox. But nothings working this time around. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have tips on fixing this?

So whats happening is that my headphones mic just completly doest work, i went to my setting and look at the input devices and the headphones mic is being registered but it shows it as disconected.

I bought razor kraken headset a long time ago in 2021. I have been using it a lot and it is so good better than most $300 headphones but unfortunately now my USB AUDIO CONTROLLER the USB wire has something wrong and I can only connect it to my PC in specific way but it’s hard to keep in place. Was wondering if it’s either possible to get it repaired or get a replacement As you can see it is slightly bent.  anyways please let me know if you guys have solutions. Thank you!!!

 I just bought the new Razer Black Shark V2 Pro today but it doesn't give me the interaction code to use the Razer voice app. It's really ridiculous. I can't understand why this is happening. I can't talk to any official directly. What should I do? 

Got this delivered today as new from Amazon and I cannot get the battery compartment puck off. I’ve tried every angle and direction and it won’t budge it’s like it’s glued to the thing.

now hear me out i know that you are supposed to get it by email or scratch off the code. i got these razer barracudas from my grandpa and he got that email a long time ago. i didn't think just plugged them in and had fun but i didn't know that i would need this application for things. so i don't know the code and i cant fix the issue with my headphones where they power off automatically. some one please reply with a way to fix the headphones turning off or a way to get into surround sound 7.1.

i want to adjust the actuation on it and I dont see settings for it if there’s any way you guys can help that would be great thanks!!!

Hey guys, hoping someone can help. My TW earbuds have been working fine since I got them a couple of years ago. Yesterday I used them on my lunch break, and put them on charge after (worked fine). About 3 hours later I finished up for the day, and went to play music but the right earbud doesn’t light up or anything.Got home, put them in charge and tried a couple of other solutions (nothing invasive) but still it’s not lighting up/working. I’ve seen from glancing the web a few people have had this issue and wondered if anyone knew of a fix? Appreciate any help you can give - happy to give more information if needed.

I just bought a Razer Core X and installed my RTX 2070 Super in it, then connected it to my Asus TUF Dash F15 laptop, and this is what happened. What’s the issue? I don’t understand, even though I’ve followed the manual.  

So i bought recently the Razer Barracuda headset and wanted to register it, the problem seems that razer cant locate my serial number, ive tried to watch several videos and change the letters ( 0-O and I-1) which didnt help.

As in title. My Barracudas are not connecting to synapse. I tried on dongle, on cable and on separate bluetooth. Any1 know how to fix this? Cheers

I lost the Razer Blackshark v2 pro-2023 version dongle so I want to buy a new one if that it’s possible.
