I have the Razer Kiyo Ring light Camera, the ring light comes on but the camera is not working. I’ve been trying to get it to work in Stream Labs and it just isn’t coming up. The video is just showing a black box and I try to adjust the video settings but all the settings are greyed out and can’t be adjusted. I’ve seen a pop up on my computer saying the device is not recognized and to just unplug it and plug it back in but every time I do that it just keeps reinstalling the Razer Cortex software and still doesn’t activate the camera.I bought the device second hand from my cousin so I don’t have the set up instructions but he was able to stream on the same camera and just wasn’t happy with the delay on his system. I can’t even get the camera to turn on at all. If the ring light is on it should be recording right? And how do I even get the ring light to turn OFF cause right now it’s just continuously on even when I’m not even trying to stream.

So on my Series X, I remapped my share button on my Wolverine V3 Pro using the Xbox Accessories app. (I set it to ‘double-tap share button → open Razer Controller Setup app’). Every now and then the button unmaps, and all it does is record a clip whenever I tap it, or in this case, records TWO clips when I double-tap it.Usually I’m able to fix it, and I don’t remember how. I imagine just turning the controller off and on, or restarting my Xbox. But nothings working this time around. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have tips on fixing this?

So whats happening is that my headphones mic just completly doest work, i went to my setting and look at the input devices and the headphones mic is being registered but it shows it as disconected.

I bought razor kraken headset a long time ago in 2021. I have been using it a lot and it is so good better than most $300 headphones but unfortunately now my USB AUDIO CONTROLLER the USB wire has something wrong and I can only connect it to my PC in specific way but it’s hard to keep in place. Was wondering if it’s either possible to get it repaired or get a replacement As you can see it is slightly bent.  anyways please let me know if you guys have solutions. Thank you!!!

 I just bought the new Razer Black Shark V2 Pro today but it doesn't give me the interaction code to use the Razer voice app. It's really ridiculous. I can't understand why this is happening. I can't talk to any official directly. What should I do? 

Got this delivered today as new from Amazon and I cannot get the battery compartment puck off. I’ve tried every angle and direction and it won’t budge it’s like it’s glued to the thing.

now hear me out i know that you are supposed to get it by email or scratch off the code. i got these razer barracudas from my grandpa and he got that email a long time ago. i didn't think just plugged them in and had fun but i didn't know that i would need this application for things. so i don't know the code and i cant fix the issue with my headphones where they power off automatically. some one please reply with a way to fix the headphones turning off or a way to get into surround sound 7.1.

i want to adjust the actuation on it and I dont see settings for it if there’s any way you guys can help that would be great thanks!!!

Hey guys, hoping someone can help. My TW earbuds have been working fine since I got them a couple of years ago. Yesterday I used them on my lunch break, and put them on charge after (worked fine). About 3 hours later I finished up for the day, and went to play music but the right earbud doesn’t light up or anything.Got home, put them in charge and tried a couple of other solutions (nothing invasive) but still it’s not lighting up/working. I’ve seen from glancing the web a few people have had this issue and wondered if anyone knew of a fix? Appreciate any help you can give - happy to give more information if needed.

I just bought a Razer Core X and installed my RTX 2070 Super in it, then connected it to my Asus TUF Dash F15 laptop, and this is what happened. What’s the issue? I don’t understand, even though I’ve followed the manual.  

So i bought recently the Razer Barracuda headset and wanted to register it, the problem seems that razer cant locate my serial number, ive tried to watch several videos and change the letters ( 0-O and I-1) which didnt help.

As in title. My Barracudas are not connecting to synapse. I tried on dongle, on cable and on separate bluetooth. Any1 know how to fix this? Cheers

Hello.I need help with my headphones because i didnt understand how to charge it. I mean even it is full charged its still blinking red.sometimes is starting to blink green but when i unplug and plug the original type C cable that u sent me with the box starts to blink red again.Other thing is the battery i somehow did it 100 percent on the audio app i used it like a 2-3 hours then it dropped to 85 fast i dont think theres a problem with the battery or smth but i think theres a problem with the software of thr audio app.Or maybe i just dont know how its charging i just need help.Thx for the help

I mean the title has all I need but I’ll just talk about it cause it’s probably necessary. I have a razer blackshark v2 pro headset after replacing my man o war. It’s only like 2 years old & only recently in the past month has it had battery issues. On Razer synapse it says it’s on 100%, then less than 5 minutes later it’s on 80%. Says it’s charging when it isn’t. Goes from 80% to 20 within the hour, but when I put it on charge it almost instantly goes back to 80%? Firmware update didn’t do anything i tried that already. I updated to synapse beta but that didn’t do anything either.yea it’s weird. If anyone has answers i’d like to know, otherwise i’m probably going to just buy a new battery. I thought i’d at least come here and ask before I do that tho.So what should i do?

There is already a thread but since it has been closed I thought I would open a new one.Back in 2022 there was a request for a Kraken Kitty BT version in black. Why do they only exist in pink? I still haven't found any information on this but I would really love to have some.Preferably V3 in black, white and pink with THX Audio, the multi-zone lighting (like the new Kraken V4) and the new upholstery. The ears would of course be illuminated again and the microphone would be super tucked away so that you wouldn't notice it when the microphone is retracted.That would really be a dream and I would buy it straight away. What's your opinion? Is there a demand for such headsets? Question for Razer: Is there anything coming? PLEASE <3

i just bought a basilisk v3 and now the scroll wheel is stuck in infinite scrolling mode for some reason and when i try to use Razer synapse and the scroll mode switch button, it shows that in synapse it is switched to tactile mode however it was still infinite scrolling on the mouse.

My computer is new but the screen lags especially when entering or exiting games. The solution in the FAQ section is said to be only possible by installing the old nvidia driver. When I changed the chipset to "gpu only" in the bios, the screen quality decreased. When I updated Nvidia again, the problem persists, I hope I was able to explain it, please help.

I’ve been using my Deathadder V2X Hyperspeed since August 21st 2023 with no issue but recently it started draining Duracell AAA batteries in 12~ hours. Is there a way to fix this?

Okay so my charger has be white for a while now and then it goes orange for a few then back to white for about a hour I thought you could leave the controller on and it has the safety thing so it won’t over charge ???why is it doing this will it ruin my controller 

We seriously need a Razer controller with keyboard button binding abilities. I cant find anything close, and with all their software, I'm surprised one hasn't been made yet. Am I the only one looking for something like this?

Hello, maybe somebody can help;We bought the Razer V2 Pro Headset for PS5. Now we have the problem, everytime my son wants to play we have to change the connection to wireless again. That sucks. Is there any possibility to save the settings? We put the dongle into the PS5 it works perfectly but after a new start we have to connect by pressing the button for 3 sek and once again. It would be great if we would'nt have to do that and it would automatically connect to PS5. Any ideas?   Thanks a lot!🙏
