For the past couple of months, my headset has been working perfectly fine by directly plugging it into the controller. However, recently it has stopped working, or at least partially. I can hear my own voice through mic monitoring, but I am unable to hear any music or other sounds. The audio settings only show options for Headset Mic on/off, Headset Volume, and Mic Monitoring, which is not the usual set of options. It's clear that the headset is not completely broken. Unfortunately, Razer has not been able to provide me with any assistance. Can you please help me with this issue?
I have recently received my Nari Ultimate and it took me some time to set it up, but eventually, I succeeded. However, I am encountering a few issues. Firstly, I am unable to modify the settings while the device is connected through a cable. Is this a standard behavior? Secondly, when attempting to play Deep Rock Galactic, my keyboard is no longer updating as it used to. Is there a solution to rectify this problem? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Hi guys. I was able to find a Stargazer I bought years ago. This is a brand new, rarely used Stargazer.I just happened to be using the Windows Hello feature, so I tried to use this camera, but it says I can't use it.I searched the forums and saw that many people had the same problem as me. Did Razer fix this? is there any way to use this?

I've been using the DAv3 Pro for around three months and, despite the stiff m1/m2 buttons, I'm generally quite satisfied with it. Recently, I learned that the regular DAv3 has lighter clicks and a different coating, so I decided to order one for myself. I received the mouse today and the buttons are simply fantastic. They feel similar to those on the g403 / g703.I'm wondering if the DAv3 Pro Faker Edition has the same click mechanism, or if there are any plans to update the v3 Pro with the improved coating and clicks?
Hi there! I’m wondering if there are any ongoing plans to release the original razer kraken kitty in mercury? I am dying to buy one, I’d pay double what it’s worth, my whole setup is white and i’m sure there are other girls (or guys!) out there that would love a white version to match their setup like me! thanks in advance!
After a recent update, my Razor keyboard has started randomly typing on its own, which I have never encountered before. Although I have attempted various solutions, none have proven effective. What steps can I take to resolve this issue, as it is becoming uncontrollable? I would be grateful for any assistance. Thank you in advance!
This unexpected behavior of my keyboard is causing me a lot of frustration and disruption in my work. I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and even resetting the keyboard to its default settings, but nothing seems to stop this random typing. I'm concerned that this issue might get worse if left unattended, and I don't want to risk losing any important work or data. I need a reliable and effective solution to this problem, as my keyboard is an essential tool in my daily work and I can't afford to have any issues with it. I'm hoping that someone can provide me with some expert advice or guidance on how to fix this issue, as I am not very knowledgeable about computer hardware and software. If you have any experience or knowledge about this issue, I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions you can offer. Thank you again for your time and consideration.

My razor keyboard has been randomly typing on its own after a recent update and I have never faced this issue before. I have tried multiple solutions but none have worked so far. I am in dire need of steps to fix this uncontrollable issue and would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance!
just got my Razer Iskur about a week ago and I love the look of the chair, love the lumbar support, love the tilt, and the build of the chair. But what I don’t love is the actual cushion of the chair, when I say it’s firm I mean IT IS FIRM. About a week of using it, after my typical gaming sessions of sitting on it I feel more pain than I did in my $80 chair from Amazon. I found myself getting up and stretching more during intermissions because it’s so bad. Not only that but you really feel the metal lips on the sides digging into your thighs. Almost feel guilty but I really want to return it. For $500, I would imagine it would feel way better than this. Am I the only one with this issue? No review really covered the firmness of the cushion (and trust me, I watched every review I was able to).

Hi. I am considering buying a chair from the Iskur XL series. Unfortunately, I can't find a shop anywhere where I could watch it "live" and sit down (and since I'm a big man - I'm a bit afraid of blind buying)... However, I have no choice but to order online... but I can't decide whether to choose a fabric or a leather version. Which do you think is better? Which one is more comfortable to sit on? The leather version is probably more convenient to clean? If you have any opinions - I will be grateful for any entries.
