I bought razor kraken headset a long time ago in 2021. I have been using it a lot and it is so good better than most $300 headphones but unfortunately now my USB AUDIO CONTROLLER the USB wire has something wrong and I can only connect it to my PC in specific way but it’s hard to keep in place. Was wondering if it’s either possible to get it repaired or get a replacement 

As you can see it is slightly bent.
