Camera not working

I have the Razer Kiyo Ring light Camera, the ring light comes on but the camera is not working. I’ve been trying to get it to work in Stream Labs and it just isn’t coming up. The video is just showing a black box and I try to adjust the video settings but all the settings are greyed out and can’t be adjusted. I’ve seen a pop up on my computer saying the device is not recognized and to just unplug it and plug it back in but every time I do that it just keeps reinstalling the Razer Cortex software and still doesn’t activate the camera.

I bought the device second hand from my cousin so I don’t have the set up instructions but he was able to stream on the same camera and just wasn’t happy with the delay on his system. I can’t even get the camera to turn on at all. If the ring light is on it should be recording right? And how do I even get the ring light to turn OFF cause right now it’s just continuously on even when I’m not even trying to stream.
