razer viper V3 pro wont pair to any devices

So I been a problem with my mouse not pairing to my computer or any of my devices.

I tried the mouse pairing utility, changing the usb cable and reinstalling the synapse. I don’t know what to do now and anyone help me.

Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
