now hear me out i know that you are supposed to get it by email or scratch off the code. i got these razer barracudas from my grandpa and he got that email a long time ago. i didn't think just plugged them in and had fun but i didn't know that i would need this application for things. so i don't know the code and i cant fix the issue with my headphones where they power off automatically. some one please reply with a way to fix the headphones turning off or a way to get into surround sound 7.1.

im confused im just a kid and i dont know some of this information needed to continue in the process and i know if these are your rules you cant change them so if there is any other way i can sove this i would love to know but if not thats ok thanks for the help anyways
