I just bought the new Razer Black Shark V2 Pro today but it doesn't give me the interaction code to use the Razer voice app. It's really ridiculous. I can't understand why this is happening. I can't talk to any official directly. What should I do?

The error message is correct since your headset is not compatible with the 7.1 Surround Sound software. We have a list and you can check the below:
