The back cushion sleeve on my Iskur V1 is torn. Is there anywhere to get a replacement sleeve/cover for the back cushion?

I did updated firmware of my razer blackshark v3 pro already but it’s still showing i need to update firmware and i tried to reinstall it but it’s said my firmware is latest How do i reinstall firmware ? pls help

TL:DR - the keys break quickly with only light use, Razer will not supply replacement keys. Has anyone else had this issue or am I just unlucky? I have been using Razer products for a very long time. This is the fourth or fifth gaming pad I have bought from them.I bought this in late April, and after light use, by late June one key was broken (A) and W and D showed signs of imminenent breakage. I'm a middle aged man with a light touch, not a teenage twitch gamer full of blue pop, so was very disappointed at this failure.I removed the key to examine it, and it was so lightly built there was no chance of rebuilding the spigot, and I then could see that two other keys were failing already.Good point - Amazon Returns and Orders works very well, and I was soon in touch with Razer.I asked if it was possible to get replacement keys. I’m buying a razer blade 16 2025, with the Ryzen AI 9 365 32 gigs of ram, I’m thinking of buying it with the 5070, but I’m thinking wearther or not its worth to give about 180 euros more (that’s the difference when including discounts, VAT returs and stuff) to get the ti. Im even considering just sticking with a 5060 (for 350 euros less) if the difference is small, but since it only comes with 16 gigs of ram, I consider it unlikely. I’d love to hear your ideas on the topic, any support is appriciated.

I tried using my Hio webcam to scan a QR code. everthing seemed normal until I stated the scan. I was thn asked for connection to another program like Pin or Bing. I do not know what this means?

Has anyone had the issue where the kiyo pro was working fine then all of a sudden it’s not focusing and nothing but a a fuzzy image now I’ve unplugged it and tried different usb ports that didn’t work I’ve also tried uninstalling razer apps and reinstalling that didn’t work either I’m at a loss here and the camera isn’t that old I just bought it few months ago

My question is: There is a field where I can select my platform, like Pc or PlayStation the headsets have different designs. I play on PlayStation but I like the Pc design better does the Headset still work when I play withe the “Pc” Headset on PlayStation?

After several years, Razer still hasn't thought of adding the Barracuda X 2022 headset model to the Synapse app list. It's really surprising why. I just want to have the battery percentage and EQ settings in the app, that's all. Please follow up and add it to the list. This headset is very popular. Hi everyone,I'm reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced a similar issue and could help me.I have a pair of Razer Nari Ultimate headphones. They were working fine last week, but since yesterday I've been having problems.At first, they connect properly, but after a short time they seem to disconnect and my PC no longer detects them.I tried running the RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility_v1.01.00.exe tool — it worked temporarily, but then the issue came back.Has anyone here found a fix for this?

Since the new update was available decided to try on my Mac first for Razer synapse download and had issues with the download. Went to local pc cafe and did update for controller to newest firmware like v2.03. After had issues connecting controller to pc, reset pc and started to work only via cable not doggle. Next my personal setup at home (xbox series x). Open up the razer controller app and still have the same issue. Anyone else having this issue, I want to switch up some of my binds but can’t until there’s a fix. Suggestions would help, thank you!

So i came back home after 2 days and i find that on my headset only the right headphone worked so i tried everything including audio balance but I believe it is a hardware issue as when i move the wire close to the left ear I can hear out of it (for extra info i moved the wire left and up) if you have a way to permanently fix this please contact me through discord thanks :Dmattッ#8946

Ok so I bought a brand new pair of headphone and when I tried registering the surround sound it didn’t work and needed a activation and I searched the whole box (even roped it apart) and checked my email and nothing. No code

i paid for a razer face mask a long time ago wen thay first came out i no longer have anything of the order details or contact with the seller it was xstock it was 450 CAD and only now i found out that yout getting sued by the FTC as its unsafe i put myself at risk and i get a refund? or do i need a lawer

So I’ve been using the kaira wireless headset for quite awhile now but today it just stopped working it refuses to turn on or even charge but the light indicating that it’s on or charging still lights up when ever I press the pairing button, I’m thinking the battery is too low to turn on and isn’t able to turn on because of the faulty charger  does anyone have any ideas tips or recommendations to fix this?

When I plug in my Wireless dongle into the PC, the PC connects it, dissconects it, in a cycle until it isn’t registered anymore by the PC,  this happens on my PS4 too. But when I plug the USB C straight into my switch, it works fine. At first I thought it was an adapter issue, so got new USB C to USB A adapter, but that changed nothing. I’ve updated all the firmware and re-paired the dongle and Headset, and it still does the not connecting issue.Also, sometimes it connects until audio plays through it’ll be connected, and I join a call or Listen to some music and Bam, it doesn’t connect again.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,I accidentally damaged the original USB receiver of my Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed. To continue using the mouse, I tried using the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle as a replacement.The first time, I was able to pair the mouse successfully. However, after I unpaired it, I was required to update the firmware. Once the update was complete, I could no longer pair the mouse again using the HyperPolling dongle.I've tried restarting, reinstalling Razer Synapse, and following the pairing steps again, but nothing seems to work.Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated.Thanks in advance!
