i paid for a razer face mask a long time ago wen thay first came out i no longer have anything of the order details or contact with the seller it was xstock it was 450 CAD and only now i found out that yout getting sued by the FTC as its unsafe i put myself at risk and i get a refund? or do i need a lawer

    Being in Canada you might need to involve your legal system. Razer would only be required to pay out the US Citizens and those who ordered directly from Razer not an intermediary. I believe you would need to chase StockX for the refund as they are a third party purchaser and not Razer directly. 

     

    But Razer had settled and the case is waiting it's payout stateside to my knowledge.

    Got my payout arrived in check form 199 from FTC vs Razer.
