Ok so I bought a brand new pair of headphone and when I tried registering the surround sound it didn’t work and needed a activation and I searched the whole box (even roped it apart) and checked my email and nothing. No code

I’m sorry Youaredead3385 but there is no way to get a new code. I tried with my headset, but I couldn’t get anything back. The best thing I can tell you is to try and buy a code online but that can be risky so if that is out of the question for you maybe contact support but otherwise I got nothing.
